The man in the pit tries to scramble out. DC20 Athletics: 10
Molo may act next in the fight. (...And everyone may act in their own scenario.) Molo is in a cluster of outbuildings by the fishmongers plants (#18 on the map) and is not easily visible from FinFin's position circling above the inner harbor area, so he hasn't been spotted yet.
Molo has advantage in ranged attacks against the guy in the hole, due to a shooting-fish-in-a-barrel advantage. (Except he's not a fish, and it's not a barrel, and that's definitely not water.) But he's got a manbaby with a heavy metal bar who may be more of an immediate concern.
Meanwhile, Katernin speaks with Oceanus, Dain is searching for the rest of you, and Kelnan and Fianna try to catch up with Dain.
Fianna continues heading towards Dain and keeping an eye out for threats. Having found none yet, Fianna is less hurried and frantic about it at this point, assuming the old guy just freaked her out unnecessarily.
"I may have overreacted," she says to Dain. "That just felt so off, the old guy seemingly waiting for us like that, calling us freaks. Seemed like perhaps he was setting us up for something but was probably just an old kook."
(This is a grapple not a shove for what it's worth, as the big guy is not immediately between Molo and the pit.)
The big guy attempts to stand his ground and resist the grabby kobold. STR check: 14
It's VERY close, but the big guy manages to hold his ground. (contested roll tie)
He comes back at Molo with another pair of whacks with his bar: Metal Bar Attack #1: 6 Bludgeoning damage: 6 Metal Bar Attack #2: 9 Bludgeoning damage: 8
Molo manages to easily dodge his clumsy swings. The wiry guy in the pit draws his blade to throw it, but then pauses. Changing his mind, he shouts, "HELP! HELP! MONSTER ATTACK! HELP US! HE"S GOING TO KILL US!"
That catches FinFin's attention, for one. Unfortunately, the perceptive pseudodragon is about 800 feet away. Fianna and Kelnan, who have caught up with Dain, are more than 1000 feet away, out of eye and earshot. Katernin is a comparable distance away with Oceanus, but unaware of any of this.
((If FinFin hears it, Fianna effectively does as well as FinFIn would sure advise Fianna via their mind link. But oh! Wait. No. FinFin was not summoned and is not in the air. Sorry, hate retconning but last we left FinFin they were OctoFin and exploring under the sea. Fianna has not done the ritual to re-summon/shape them to pseudodragon form so... they are indeed still beneath the see in an octopus' garden...))
(I wondered where and when FinFin reappeared. I should have asked. I had forgotten that it takes an hour to recast Find Familiar; I'll leave it up to you as to whether you took that hour before leaving for Xendros' office to recall OctoFin and bring back FinFin - a reasonable thing Fianna might have done.)
With an arcane word and a subtle gesture, Molo turns off the sound around the open outhouse. The pit guy's screams for help are suddenly silenced. The big guy with the bar shakes his head in confusion. He suddenly panics, drops his bar, and runs. (You may get an opportunity attack if you wish.)
The guy in the pit tries again to get a handhold on the slippery pit walls. DC20 Athletics check: 6
But the man's screams, however truncated, evidently caught the attention of somebody in a nearby warehouse. Whoever he is, he is approaching, with a sword drawn. An older man, but burly, with a shaved head. "Hey!" he yells, still outside the sphere of silence.
"Unfortunatly not," Katernin replies sadly, "and... considering the attitudes of some of the members of the group, I'm not sure we will. But, we know there are Lizardfolk somewhere... though the attitudes of those same people have had that offer recinded from us." She doesn't appear happy.
Molo leaves the sphere of silence after giving the big guy a minor swipe of his blade, leaving the scrawny guy screaming silently in the pit. The big guy flees south toward an alley leading toward the harbor, as the newcomer approaches from the west, out of a doorway. The big guy, bleeding slightly from his wound, looks at the newcomer and shouts, "Monster!" as Molo appeals to him with his own complaint.

Oceanus responds to Katernin in Elvish:
"Our true enemies are the Sahuagin, and the Koalinth," he says, lowering his voice to invoke those two names. "We have no history with the Lizardfolk, nor the humans, dwarves, and halflings of this settlement. We are simply gathering information to protect ourselves. The Sahuagin, in particular, have grown in numbers in the past year - the growing ferocity of their attacks leaves us fearful of whom they might ally with. Large weapon shipments by the smugglers leave us uncomfortable."

Kelnan, Fianna, and Dain stand on the downtown side of the bridge, still feeling a little jumpy and paranoid, wondering where Katernin and Molo have wandered off to.
Vertheg reappears out of nowhere. "Oh good," he says to Dain in his quiet, weary voice, seeing that he has found two of his comrades. "More adventurers! I trust you've passed along Mr. Aubreck's invitation?" Addressing the group awkwardly, the slightly worn-looking butler adds, "Lunch! At th' Aubreck estate. Noon?"
"Sure, sure," Fianna says, waving the stranger off and absently agreeing just 'cause she's wary of all strangers at the moment. "First, we need to find our companions though. Everything else is moot til that happens..."
Fianna will inquire with Dain if he knew where the others were headed. "I think I left the tavern first, I wasn't paying attention to everyone else's plans. We need keep better track of each other..."
"Ah, there you be, lassie," Dain says as he sees Fianna. "The half-orc there just offered us a free lunch up at the Aubreck manor. And by the sounds o' it, maybe an offer o' employment too. And no, sorry, I have no idea where others be. I've just been wandering around town ta be honest. A bit lost in me own thoughts."
Fianna recounts Kelnan and her run in with the old guy, more or less trying to wave it off as her spooked nerves or something. “Not sure why I’m on edge, something just seemed off about the encounter...”
“Lunch. Yes. Lunch is good. We had no luck finding magical assistance in searching the waters from the Captain. She offered to take a large retainer to see what she could do but... she was talking weeks out at best and so I passed.”
“Anyway, nerves or not,” Fianna continued, “Lunch is good enough reason to try to get the band back together...”
"So, who be missin' then? Katerin and the little un? I can imagine the priestess being up at her shrine and the little un.... no idea, but probably up ta some mischief or other!" Dain grins at his companions. "Shall we take a stroll up to the shrine? I dunnae think we should split up any further."
