Molo Intelligence Check: 12
He has no idea if any of that stuff would be useful to repair the ship. He opens the next door.
Three crude pallets lie on the floor of the next room, and a large iron kettle stands in the center of the chamber. In the northeast corner is a jumbled pile of broken lumber.
"Kavana's room," says Bayleaf to nobody in particular, watching Molo's progress. "I think she has some weapons stashed in there."
Krunch shrugs, shakes his head in wonderment, and will then start searching the wreckages Molo leaves behind. Krunch will start first in the statuary room and then methodically move to the other rooms, allowing Molo to have his head start and do what he will. Krunch does not wish to offend those who may have a way to get him off the island so will not interfere…
Molo scans the room for weapons. Investigation check:2
...but is too wound up to be very thorough about it.
He opens the door to the next room. It has been cleared of all debris. Three walls are heavily curtained with draperies of thick black velvet, and the east wall is decorated with a horrible mural depicting a red dragon devouring sheep. Near the west wall is a stone table on which a large iron brazier burns. The table has been scrubbed and scoured, but it has many odd discolorations and scorch marks. A half-melted statue and two badly damaged candlesticks sit beside the brazier.
Meanwhile, Krunch begins a slower examination of the rooms Molo has abandoned. He looks first through the mess in the statuary room. Perception:17 ... but finds nothing. It apparently has been thoroughly looted.
Next, he explores Bayleaf's room. Perception:12. ...but finds little of interest.
Continuing in Molo's path, he checks Ozymandius' room. Perception:20. ... and under the cot, he finds four fancy crystal decanters. Each is filled to the top with a red fluid.
"Mister Mo... errrr," Krunch starts immediately upon making his find, but quickly thinks better of it. "Mister Kelnan, my friend? I do believe these may be worth not breaking..." Krunch says this softly as he approaches Kelnan, holding the crystal decanters out for him.
"Keep these safe as I keep looking after the small one is done?" Krunch will then continue searching. Not just for small items and treasures but also hidden compartments or passaged or such. These people seem very isolated, they're probably the paranoid sort...
Molo pretends to breath fire on the melted statue and candlesticks, then looks around to see where fire may have come from before moving on to the next room
Molo figures the statue and candlesticks were burned - like so much here - in the blaze that burned down the whole abbey above them. These items, as well as the furniture, look salvaged; the table, for instance, is discolored by fire and heat, but since scrubbed cleaned. The curtains, on the other hand, look like they've been hanging here for a long time, and the dragon mural around the inside of the doorway is likewise pretty old.
Molo runs out of rooms to explore.
Meanwhile, Krunch continues to follow Molo with a more methodical approach. He easily finds the weapons hidden behind the scrap lumber in the room next door: five spears, a shortbow and quiver of twenty arrows, two shortswords, three daggers, two shields, and one suit of chain mail armor sized for a Medium creature.
Once the basement has been pretty well scoured, Kelnan begins a ritual to summon up a Floating Disc, bringing it around to be loaded up with lumber, scrap wood, tables, whatever might be useful to repair the ship.
As Molo plays with the candlesticks, Kelnan begins the long ritual to summon a means to haul 500 pounds of supplies out of the basement. Intelligence check: 23
...From what he sees of the tools and wood, and based on his experience aboard ship, he has a very good sense of what will be useful back at the dwarven ship. It's not ideal, but it may be adequate.
Meanwhile, Krunch follows Molo into the velvet curtain room to execute his own search. Perception: 16
He finds nothing else of immediate interest, although he notices that in front of the curtains, deep abrasions are etched into the stone floor in the southwest corner of this small curtained room.
"Them candlesticks are gold, I think," adds Bayleaf, watching everyone's progress cheerfully. "Worth a good day's pay back in the Styes, I'm sure. Just don't let Kavana see you nick 'em."

Krunch will gather up the candlesticks and add them to Kelnan's pile for eventual transportation.
"This is Kavana's room then?" Krunch asks Bayleaf. "The other prisoner? So they would know what caused those etchings in the stone? Or perhaps you have some idea yourself? And what have we missed down here? You know we missed some things, it'd help our partnership if you were up front about it..."
Insight: 18
Krunch would (after all the searching is done) also ask Kavana themself. ((Can roll separately for that if you wish? I has advantage on insight checks...))
"Well..." begins Bayleaf with a self-important tone. He clears his throat and folds his arms. "See, now, I know one thing that Kavana does not. None of them did, not even Ozymandius. Just Ostanos, and the pirates got him. So just me."
"But we should first establish that what I can divulge to you next is in the spirit of entrepreneurial partnership, see? A fair split of the proceeds. We are partners, correct? We work together?"
"To be honest, I just want my boots back right now." He nods toward Molo's feet. "That'd be a nice start. Maybe we can find our friend something more suited to his size."
"Ten thousand gold, I'm told. Guarded, of course, 'though I don't know how. Osantos told me about it before he died. Kavana doesn't know, none of 'em did. I haven't seen it myself, but I'll tell you where to look," replies Bayleaf. "But first... my boots?"
Krunch does his best to determine how truthful Bayleaf is being, and whether he’s actually throwing his lot in with the group or just trying to escape.
Insight: 17
Whatever his read of the man, Krunch expresses that such riches can wait. “Our first priority is getting the boat fixed, yes? With no boat, riches mean nothing. We can wait to divide up the goods…”
"Molo, give the man his boots," says Kelnan. "He knows I can paralyze him with a word." Kelnan glares meaningfully at Bayleaf. "Now if you'll point us in the right direction we can work on getting all of us off this rock."
Krunch senses a generous measure of bravado and self-confidence in this elven sellsword, but primarily a desire to stay alive. He is eager to make you happy and save his skin. But Krunch detects no obvious lying in his tales of hidden, guarded treasure.
"Absolutely!" nods Bayleaf. "Let's get this boat of yours repaired. The Styes is a few days sail, but I can give you all protection there, and a buyer for them melted candlesticks."
Krunch consults with Kelnan (and Molo, if he’s done rampaging) out of earshot of Bayleaf and suggests he be held up above while we bring the other one down and ask them about anything that may have been missed. “We tell them we’re leaving this island and it’s their last chance to get anything here… though they may try to hide stuff in hope to return someday…”

“Would it be wise to send for people from the boat?” Krunch asks, looking at the goods they are gathering. “To take the supplies back to it?”

Molo walks up to Bayleaf. "Play along, and you'll get your boots." he then ties up Bayleaf and gags him.

Bayleaf nods. "Thanks, I'll do that," he says to Molo before the kobold gags him and tightens his bindings. Bayleaf winks at him.
Krunch leads him upstairs to where Dain is watching the white-haired guard, Kavana.
