(You've seen three sets of intact stairs, plus the collapsed stairs to the attic. Two of them, including the one you came up on, lead back down to the ground floor. A third leads from the room off the kitchen into some sort of cellar.)
“We haven’t checked out the East or west wings on this floor yet. I was waiting for you to check for traps and whatever, Lucky,” Fianna says. “But if you found nothing yet and think it’s safe enough, I don’t mind exploring one end on my own...”
Fianna will start heading east to look in the first door...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fianna heads east toward the first door.
With a thunderous CRACK, a wide, rotten portion of the balcony suddenly collapses underneath her. Fianna yelps, spins, and tries to grab onto the ledge.
Acrobatics check: 6
Her hands pinwheeling in the air, she falls ten feet to the entrance hall on the ground floor, taking6 damage.
There is now a seven-foot gap in the hallway leading east.
Lucky is just moments too late. Fianna hits hard, landing square on her back and shoulder. She feels like she may have broken a rib. It takes her a moment to sit up and regain her senses.
She finds herself in the musty, dirty entrance hall she had glimpsed earlier over the railing. To the west, a corridor leads into another wing of the house. The walls are bare and bits of smashed furniture lie upon the floor. To the north, the corridor leads toward the kitchen and the rear of the house. A solid-looking staircase on the eastern wall climbs back up to the upper floor. Under the stairs at the north end of the hall, a third corridor leads east.
After completing his ritual, Kelnan leaves the room and rounds the corner just as Fianna falls. "After we check these rooms, let's head downstairs. Definitely something hidden in that room off the kitchen.
After crashing through the floor and landing in a less than prestigious position, Fianna take a moment to gather herself and assess the situation. At least you’re not shackled and drowning, she reminds herself.
Hearing commotion above, concern (it at least mild observation of the obvious) Fianna calls out to her would be rescuers. “I meant to do that!”
“Fastest was down,” she continues. “Way quicker than the stairs...”
Fianna gets herself to her feet and gingerly starts poking around her new surroundings. “Hey guys?” She calls out. “I think they should fire the maid... Maybe the handyman too.”
As Kelnan approached the hallway intersection, he picked up an indeterminate magical signal emanating from the ground floor below him, about fifteen or twenty feet west of the intersection. No school of magic detected.

Could I argue that she has inspiration still I believe?
Molo examines the seven-foot gap where the balcony collapsed. There's no edge to navigate. The only way directly over is with a running long jump. (OOC: As long as you have a Strength of at least 7, you will automatically make it, per https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/adventuring#Jumping ) Of course, that assumes the next segment of hallway doesn't collapse as well. You may also hang from the edge and carefully drop down to the ground floor without risk of damage.

(At this point, the ten minutes of bardic inspiration have expired.)
“I’m ok,” Fianna answers Katernin. “More or less.” Fianna moves a bit though and feels that she’s not really all that ok. “I wouldn’t say no to a bit of a rest though...”
Fianna looks around her immediate area and finds the most comfortable looking spot to plop down and rest up for a short rest...
Kelnan sizes up the gap and takes a running leap. Once across, he eagerly starts to descend the stairs enough to get a glimpse at whatever magical effect he detected earlier.
Kelnan successfully makes the leap. From the eastern balcony and stairwell (which shows considerable wear and creaks ominously as he treads upon it) he detects no magic, at least within thirty feet.
Reed, who had been staring around lost in thought, snaps back as the balcony breaks. He makes the leap over as well, and heads downstairs to check on Fianna. I'm no doctor, but you should be ok. Nasty fall, though. He'll take the time to look into the downstairs rooms with Fianna.

Oh dear. Is she alright?"

Molo looks at Fianna, and attempts to avoid the fall she just had and creep out across the hall along the edge, to see if he can cross.

Molo will jump it then
Paladin - warforged - orange
Molo takes a good ten-foot running start, and easily clears the gap with his leap. The floor on the other side seems relatively stable.
The rest of the party remains at the intersection, except Fianna, who watches Molo's feat from the entrance hall below.

Katernin gasps, "Fianna are you alright? I'm sorry but I'm not sure if I can help you with any more healing right now..."
