Molo rushes up behind Katernin and revives her with a snippet of a song of healing and a quickly coordinated gesture. (She comes to with 3 hit points.)

Lucky may act, then the bowmen again.

The old man laughs bitterly from the back of the room.

Lucky moves quickly and quietly around the staircase the far side, away from the attackers.   Aiming to spring out from surprise and stab the one Fianna has engaged in the kidneys.

Attack (assuming Advantage with my high Stealth check):  Attack: 17 Damage: 6

Lucky ducks around the back of the stairway and catches the southernmost bowman with a surprise knife to his side. The goon staggers and takes a half step back, dropping his bow and drawing his shortsword. He slashes his blade wildly at Lucky, a look of fear flashing briefly in his eyes:
Attack: 22  Piercing damage: 5

 The blade catches Lucky in his collarbone. He goes down, blood pouring freely from his wound. The goon's look of concerns returns again to a smirk. (Lucky is down.)

The other bowman draws his sword as well, and takes a swing at Fianna.
Attack: 19  Piercing damage: 3

 His blade also connects, giving Fianna a painful puncture in her shoulder. 

Reed rushes forward to Kelnan, and attempts to stabilize him. Medicine Check: 17

He succeeds in staunching his wounds, although he remains unconscious.

 Everyone except Reed (and presumably Kelnan) may act:
- Fianna, gravely wounded, faces both attackers in melee.
- Lucky may make his Death Saving Throw
- Kelnan is unconscious, but stable.
- Katernin may stand up and act (she's 25 feet away from the twins, but only has 15 feet of movement left after standing.)
- Molo is thirty feet away from the twins and may act.

The old man grunts and wheezes in the back of the room.

     Struck by the bowman, Fianna hisses and points a finger at him. "Beidh aiféala ort faoi sin," she says and reactively casts [spell[Hellish Rebuke[/spell] on him.  The bowman is surrounded by hellish flames for a moment and Fianna smiles. 

Hellish Rebuke damage is 8 or halves if he makes a Dexterity save.

     Fianna then turns to the bowman, swordsman now, engaged with Lucky. "Faigheann tú bás freisin," she hisses and uses her action to cast Eldritch Blast on the attacker, trying to save her young friend. 

Eldritch Blast Attack: 8 Damage: 3

Fianna's attacker attempts to dodge her unholy flames. Dex Save: 20

 He manages to dodge the worst of them, even as they melt the frost on his legs. Both men have taken damage that's not insignificant, but they are both still in reasonably good shape.

Kelnan dreams of falling, and of his mother. Lucky struggles for air.

- Lucky may make his Death Saving Throw
- Katernin and Molo may act.

Molo slings a stone at the archer.

Attack: 16 Damage: 3 

Lucky death save:  1.

(Uh oh... Re-roll using Luck Point - my last one of the day:  20.   So, still failed but only 1 failure rather than 2)

Molo cracks a stone off the northernmost attacker's forehead. "Ow!" he cries out - the first word either has uttered since appearing in the room. He's looking a bit ragged, although far from down.

Kelnan snoozes relatively peacefully under the table. Lucky, in a pool of blood on the floor, not so much.

Katernin, coming to on the floor, may act next.

Katernin looks around, clear that this was a fight they wouldn't win, "Let it go, it's time for us to surrender. Better to live and see another day," she calls out to her allies still remaining up, "just..." she looks to the crossbow weilding duo, "let me help those already fallen. Please," before going to whichever ally looks the worst and beseaching her god to Spare the Dying

Katernin gets to her feet. (Lucky is the only actively dying member of the party, but he is too far away to reach in a single turn. Is there any alternate action you want to take?)

Sacred Flame: 13 Dex save or take 4 Radiant damage

As Katernin moves over to Lucky, she mutters under her breath divine words to bring down more radiant flames on the more injured brother.

The long-haired goon on Katernin's right attempts to dodge the holy flames descending from the ceiling. Dex Save: 19

 In a small turn of luck for the party, the goon goes up in a pillar of flame, and collapses on the floor next to Lucky, still smoking.

The remaining goon, confused by Katernin's talk of surrender and still processing the collapse of his brother, brushes by Fianna and takes a sloppy but powerful sweep of his sword at the chainmailed cleric who just killed his brother:
Short sword attack: 8. Slashing damage: 7

 Katernin barely manages to hold off his wild blade with her shield.
(The goon now stands between Fianna and Katernin.)

Reed races forward to the other end of the table, and releases another arrow from his short bow:
Attack: 7. Piercing damage: 6

 Another miss.
Everyone but Reed (and Kelnan) may act. (Lucky may make his second roll.)

     "díoltas sióg!" Fianna calls out, once again sending a crackling beam of energy at the bowman who just slipped past her. 

Eldritch Blast Attack: 19 Damage: 6

Molo Sees the opportunity for a bit of hanging up and rushes the remaining thug, but not before screaming at the old fogey: “YOU BETTER SIT PUT OR ILL SLIT YOU FROM GUTS TO NECK!!” Intimidation 18 

Then he rushes the thug and stabs with his dagger

Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
