Fletcher charges the serpent, pulling the last of his strength from his blood. He tries to jump and hit it's head, but his legs give out. With one last push, he hurls his sword towards the monster, which happens to hit it in the heart, killing it instantly. Fletcher then promptly passes out from blood loss and shock.

“I will take responsibility for what I have done. [...] If must fall, I will rise each time a better man.” ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer.
The monster of the deep chokes out one last breath, then falls dead upon the deck of the ship. Its body goes limp, and it releases its grip on the central mast. Though it still stands, it has taken significant damage. The whole boat has, actually. Jullar is also nowhere to be seen, most likely still inside the beast.

Evi drops to her hands and knees and breathes raggedly as she attempts to catch her breath after her mad dash back to the boat. After a few long moments, she manages to get out, "Add...(pant) Sea Monsters to...(pant) list of things...(pant) I never want to see again."
Orimdal lets out a deep sigh as the battle finishes but then quickly stands to, looking around. "Where is Jullar? Did that thing eat him when he jumped in the water?"
(DM Question - with Orimdal's knowledge and skills with leather-working tools, would he be able to tell if this creature's hide would be valuable or useable for any sort of creation, such as armour, storage packs or saddles/barding?)
Kallista stands in the middle of the deck, sword hanging limply at her side, dripping hair clinging to the sides of her face. At Orimdal's words, she curses, eyes widening. Running up to the serpent's body, she attempts to very carefully slice through its throat and stomach to find Jullar. The chances of him being alive are slim, but every wasted minute decreases them further. If there's any visible bulge/lump, she'll start there.
You cut through the throat, and a few gallons of various liquids pour out over you and the deck. Most of them smell terrible and make you want to vomit. Cutting through the stomach is more fruitful, as Jullar's body is dumped out onto the deck, along with various items that have not been fully digested. It is unclear if Jullar is dead or unconscious, but he certainly isn't moving.

Tender crawls over towards Jullar, kneeling at his side. She keeps one hand pressed against the bite wound that's still sluggishly bleeding, but attempts to focus enough to check whether Jullar is still alive enough to be healed.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tender makes a face and then pulls her hand from her own wound, reaching out to place both hands on Jullar and focusing, reaching out with the last of her ki to channel healing energy into him.
Tender simply sits back, shoulders drooping in her exhaustion. "I think so," she answers Kallista, looking down at Jullar. "What about everyone else?" she asks after a moment, looking up and around to check on everyone else.
“I could be mistaken, but I only saw you and Jullar get hit.” Kallista presses her fingers to Jullar’s neck in search of a pulse, then gently shakes his shoulder.
Fletcher, again, attacks with his blade...
Attack: 9 Damage: 11 + another 3 if it moves this turn.
