((I am all for Tagret grappling the mage, we want him alive at least for a time to find out where Sildar's friend after that if he does not want to come with us willingly we take him out. If I am correct about what room we are in on the map that silence spell will cover the whole room and then some.))
Following Misha in Saravena keeps her crossbow raised as she goes for the mage's staff, hoping to get to it before the mage gets his wits about him.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing that the mage is unaware, Tagret will Rage and rush up and attempt to grapple the mage and move him away from the staff.
Athletics Check (with Adv due to Rage): 20
If Tagret wins the opposed check, then he will pull the wizard up and away from the desk just so he is out of reach of his staff remaining movement (halved due to grapple). (assume this will stay in the Silence sphere)
Rashana looks in at the situation with a serene look on her face no one can hear the words that form in Glassstaff's mind for the silence spell still functions
"I suggest you surrender or my big friend will pummel you to death"
Saravena takes up the mage's staff (if she had not the chance to already) and moves to the far end of the room, keeping the weapon as far from the mage as she can. After moving Saravena holds a crossbow shot aimed at the mage so if by some chance he manages to escape Tagret she will fire, then gives the mage a disappointed head shake trying to tell him just to stop and give up.
Misha takes his rope out and offers it to Saravena since she did so well with binding the other humans he puts his hand out wanting to hold the glass staff while she does, if she does. He thinks it feels good to have less weight on him.
Tagret will force the mage's hands behind his back to provide Saravena with the opportunity to bind him, and starts to say "Sara....." then stops when he realises that no sound is carrying, and then catches himself to mouth the words "Bind him well".
Tagret will focus his efforts on restraining the mage until both hands and feet are bound, keeping one eye on the doorway in case any of the mercenary group comes this way.

Saravena give Misha and Tagret a nod before handing Misha the staff and taking up the rope. Storing her crossbow in its hostler on her hip Saravena goes about tying the mage's hand behind his back then she will loop the rope over the mage's mouth a few times to fashion a quick gag for when Rashana ends her silence area causing the mage's head to titled slightly back. Once she finishes she gives Tagret and Misha another nod then motions for Rashana to end her effect.
Pushing the mage back into his seat Tagret then goes about removing any pouches and emptying any pockets that Glasstaff has and then growls "Time for some answers...." and then to the others "Do you want to let him talk?"
Tagret sheathes his great axe but draws his two hand axes to reinforce his wish for the mage to co-operate.

Sleight of Hand: 17 (for the binding)
With the rope now binding his hands and gagging him, Glasstaff seems to be rather defenceless in your care.

Rashana though still weary drops her concentration but says nothing walks over to the mage keeping an eye on him.
Misha looks over the tome the man was studying as he moves to do so he laughs at the sound of his own feet "Funny, Rashana"
