Regardless of what Damian does, Tagret enters full Rage and barrels staight for Grol, and attacks recklessly, eyes only for the target and hoping the others will deal with the rest.

As soon as he finishes his attacks he will (assuming this does not impact his next round attack) drops his hand axes and pulls out his battleax....(if this will cause him to miss an attack next round he would not do that and continue to attack with hand axes)

The drow stands to the side and watches Damian intensely.

Rashana seizes the opportunity to runs up to Grol and poke her staff into his stomach then follows by a punch.

Damian with Bitenose will rush into the room, “Keep to my side, and watch for up coming attacks!” Damian shouts out commands as Bitenose use his action to Help Damian dodge attacks.

Damian will cast Bane on the three enemies in the room, DC 13 CHA.

Watching Tagret and Rashana charge the bugbear Saravena takes aim at the drow with her crossbow.

Attack: 16 Damage: 9 plus 4 lightning damage

Damian moves into the room and his spell takes effect on the wolf and the drow. After Damian, Tagret moves into the room and strikes Grol with his axe embedding the edge of the axe into his neck. However, on the second swing, Tagret's axe glances off of Grol's armour.

Rashana fairs better as she successfully strikes Grol in the stomach with her quarterstaff, and also manages to land her punch.  However, when Saravena releases her crossbow bolt at the drow, she just misses her aim. The bolt instead flies past the drow.

Eniwin then moves into the room following everyone else, seeing that Damian has casted Bane. She decides to cast sleep.

However, only the wolf falls asleep.

(Don't forget that Grol and the drow are surprised and therefore it's your turn again Damian. However, if anyone else is available they can post too.)

“Just stick to my blind spot Bitenose and guard me you’re doing great!” Concentrating on Bane Damian will move up with Target, keeping to a flank position on Grol.  Bitenose will continue to stick to Damian’s side using the Help.  

Damian swings his Blessed Mace at Grol!

Saravena swears in elvish to herself for missing her shot but quickly reloads and goes for another one at the drow.

Attack: 14 Damage: 9 plus 3 Lightning damage

Rashana follows up with another whack with her staff and a punch.

Continuing to press with Rage and Reckless Attack, Tagret drops the smaller axes and rips his battleaxe from it's sheath and swings mightily at Grol with a roundhouse strike, uncaring of any strikes he may take in return

Great Axe Attack: 25 Damage: 14

Attacks against him have advantage, but takes 1/2 damage

Damian swings his mace and clobbers Grol on the side of the head, who grunts in pain.

The drow then moves to Damian, and she slams herself into him, twice.

Tagret moves around the drow and swings his battleaxe at Grol and cleaves Grol's skull killing the bugbear.

Seeing the bugbear fall to the floor after being killed by Tagret, Rashana turns her attention to the drow. Unfortunately, the drow is quicker and moves out of the way of her attacks.

Taking the opportunity of the drow focusing on someone else, Saravena fires her arrow at the drow piercing her side.

Meanwhile, the wolf continues to sleep soundly under the effects of Eniwin's spell.

Eniwin takes the opportunity to fire a Fire Bolt at the drow

The mote of fire lightly singes the back of the drow.

Getting hit Damian is still able to concentrate on Bane. Now that Grol is dead, Damian will focus on keep the drow alive.

“Bite Help me subdue her!”  Damian will drop his mace and use his shield to shove to the ground to try and tie her up!  Bite Nose shocked at how fast “King”Grol died comes to and Help his new boss.

Kicking the bugbears corpse off his axe he turns wild eyed and deep in his rage to focus on the next opponent.  Seeing the drow he gathers himself and leaps toward her, hearing the Blacksmith's calls faintly through the fog of battle, acknowledging them only subconciously as he twists his pommel at the last second, seeking to strike the drow non-lethally with the flat of the blade

Tagret continues to attack recklessly and with rage

Great Axe Attack: 16 Damage: 13

Damian knocks the drow prone and she falls on her back.

(Is Bitenose trying to tie the drow up?)

[No his action was to help, with the advantage next turn we’ll worry about tying her up]

After being knocked down, the drow climbs back to her feet where she slams her self into Damian.

Tagret then moves in and strikes her across the temple with the flat of the blade.

Hearing Damian calling out not to kill the drow Saravena looks down at her crossbow then back at the drow and lets out an agitated sigh as she tries to figure out the best way she help without killing the drow. Let's try this then, Saravena thinks bringing up her left hand, digs her nails into the cut she made on it earlier, then holds her bloody palm towards the drow and invokes her Blood Maledict Curse of Bloated Agony, causing Saravena's eyes to go completely black as she uses her own blood to amplify the curse to its fullest dealing herself 3 damage. 

The drow will have disadvantage Strength and Dexterity ability checks, and takes 1d8 necrotic damage if it makes more than one melee or ranged attack during its turn, the amplified curse lasts for 1 minute but the drow can make a Con Save (DC 13) to end the curse early at the end of her turn.
