"Well, there's still the other building," Gundren reminds the group. "Are we not going to investigate the Forge of Spells whilst we're here? Seems like the place to go for more firepower."

After Tagret drinks the potion, the group heads towards the other building, the Spell Forge. This large workshop was badly damaged by the ancient spell battle that laid waste to the mine. Worktables taking up two corners of the room are scorched, and the plaster has been burned off the masonry walls. In the middle of the room, a stone pedestal holds a small brazier in which an eerie green flame dances and crackles. The brazier and its pedestal appear to have been untouched by the forces that destroyed this area.

"I am glad you're doing well"Misha Bows to the creature. Misha Stormbringer, this is our first time in the mines, we're hoping to claim it for Phandelin. It is nice, to see a friendly face. Our encounter, with the spirit not far from here, nearly killed one of us."
Misha sighs "Then, who owns it? The wizards and dwarves have long since passed away, The only living dwarf I know, stands near me. If its you, partnership then?"
Saravena looks at Gundren, " This dwarf is the direct descendant of the original owners and is the only one with a true legal claim to this mine. Who do you speak of?".
" If you are speaking of squatters who are ascerting their right to ownership after taking violent possession of the mines I am forced to remind you that squatters rights only apply to erected domiciles within municipal boundaries and would not apply in this circumstance though a non-binding civil arrangement could well be agreed upon."
The creature blinks its eyes and seems to frown, "What do you mean? I spoke to the one who summoned me just moments ago. He came to check I was still performing my duties. However, I defended this place from the zombies and ghouls that tried to attack."

Saravena did her best to look very severe, " May I have the name of your summoner? I will need to check that he is a blood relation of the Rockbreaker Family in order to add him to the paperwork."
" This is most irregular. Though I do commend you in your valiant efforts against the undead horde, we have recently slain a number of ghouls here ourselves."
"That would be Erken the Excellent," the creature replies. "I don't think he would be a relation to your friend here unless he was a distant relation. Erken is a human."

“I may need to rest awhile. Or I could knock back a potion. But, I’m a mess,” Target says through labored breathing.
I'm not sure that we'll survive, another encounter. Tagret you should stay back I guess." He decides to investigate anyway.

Rashana nods but follows Misha, "The threat of Undead, a crazed Wizards Wraith behind, caution is needed."
Target nods in agreement moving to the back of the group. As he is doing that he pulls a health potion out of his back and knocks it back.

Saravena takes in the size and number of eyestalks and lets out a small sigh of relief, " Uh, hello. How our you?"
"I am doing well," the creature replies. "I have not seen any of you around the mine before."

Target sees the creature and stays towards the back. “Hello? We mean no harm. We are exploring this mine. May we pass through?”
"You want to claim the mine?" the creature asks. "But it's already under ownership. It would not do to try and take the mine for yourselves."
