Once Seravena's group reaches the townmaster's hall, if no one is outside she will knock on the door politely calling for the townmaster, while if there is someone outside she will extend a greetings to that person.
With the rest of the group emerging from the hideout, you all head over to the town master's hall. You keep an eye out for any more bandits but fail to spot any. Once you reach the hall, you find that Sildar and Gundren are still present with Iarno now behind bars. You also lock up the bandits that you managed to capture in other cells.
Harbin is worried that remaining members of the Redbrand would attempt to free Iarno, and is concerned about what that would mean for the town, but mostly his own life.
However, Sildar pulls you all aside and speaks to all of you.
"You've done well in these recent days. It is unfortunate that you have not all managed to stick together. However, it is you that are the most determined to see this through, and for that I thank you.
With that said, I am interested in knowing if any of you would have any interest in joining the Lord's Alliance?"

"Thank you Sildar," Seravena replies surprised at the offer. "What you offer is something rather incredible, it would certainly open many door, and be a great honor. If you would allow me the night to think it over, as I am uncertain if I would be up suited for such a calling, but I will come to a decision for you soon. If you will excuse me there is something I wish to discuss with the townmaster."
With that Seravena gives Sildar a small bow before making her way towards Harbin.
"Townmaster Harbin, there is something I wish to speak with you about," she states trying to keep her tone steady to mask her slight nervousness. "I can understand your unease about the remaining Redbrand, but I may have a solution for that. While I have no doubt that Sir Sildar will be moving Iarno out of this town in the near future for a more immediate course of action I propose this, you bequeath the manor at the edge of town that the Redbrand have been using as a hideout to myself and my companions. We have already shown our strength in routing out the Redbrand so far, having a base in which we may operate out will allow us to remove the rest of the Redbrand much more efficiently, even just our presence within the town should cause all but the most foolhardy to think twice before acting lease they end up like the companions. If you agree to this arrangement it should give you enough time to build up a guard presence here either by training up those within the village or by accepting aid from the Lord's Alliance, either will give the townsfolk some peace of mind."
Seravena finishes by giving Harbin her nicest most sincere smile.
"Well," Harbin begins. "The manor has long been abandoned. I doubt that anyone has any interest in it outside of the Redbrand. It is probably dangerous though. It's mostly ruins now and could fall down on you at any point.
However, if you want to live in that place, then I'm not going to stop you."

Staying with Saravena, Tagret welcomes the 'gift' of the manor, but does caution Saravena "What of the creature in the caves, I would welcome such lodgings, but can the creature be controlled and trusted?" then, turning to address Harbin says "There may yet be a other Red Cloaks remaining in the manor, amongst other dangers, do you have any guardsmen that can accompany us to clean out the rest of the mercenaries? If we have time after a night's sleep, I would like to head back up there and finish the job"

So you've gone and removed the head of the Redbrand and captured a bunch. Now you want to move into their previous residence and are now asking for help in establishing yourselves there. And you claim that it is so that you can protect the town.
How are you any different from those who are in those cells?"

"I do not believe our friend will be a problem," Saravena answers Tagret. "You can think of it as a pet, you have a pet when you were a child? We just have to make sure its fed and given trinkets every now and then."
At Harbin reply to Taget Saravena turns to Harbin with a welcoming but annoyed smile, feeling slighted at being compared to the Redbrand, "We are vastly different from the Redbrand. Where the Redbrand would sit doing nothing in town aside from taking the well earned gold of its people we will actually do our best to help in every way we can. All we want is what is best for this town and its people. If what Gundren found is what we believe it to be, this town is going to get more popular, and you could be the townmaster that brought this town to prosperity, just let us help you."
Misha asks the Bartender "Have you seen two dwarves, the Rockseeker brothers? Where they went? their brother Gundren is looking for them." He takes the cloak off he was wearing lays it on the stool
"It's a trophy if you're wondering. We've cleared those thugs out of that old manor freed the woman and kids. Would you know where anymore might be?" He lays down 5 silver.
Tagret takes the Harbin's comments in and then responds "The Red Brands have their own plans, and it is not for the benefit of the town....if you are defending them I wonder whether you belong on the other side of the bars with them?" leaving the open question handing for Harbin to respond to

After we finish with the Redbrand maybe we should take care of that in order to curry more favor with Harbin. Aside from that maybe we can talk with Sildar about training any able bodies willing within the town to act as guards, could stop any other bandits from taking up residence. What are all of your thoughts?"
