"Well you're right. I don't think tearing up the place is a good idea unless we have too, I think the towns people are the ones we need to gain the most trust, not Harbin. Anyway after we deal with the Redbrands we can do what you said but we're most likely going to have to find Gundrens brothers for him." He starts cautiously making his way to the Sleeping Giant, Rashana follows.
"Agreed then," Saravena nods. "Lets remove these bandits from this town then we can ask around if anyone has seen the other Rockseekers, and if all else fails we can use Gundren's map to go to the Wave Echo Cave. Could be his brothers went on ahead of him and don't know he was captured."
As Misha and Rashana begin moving Saravena pulls out the Celerity mutagen she had crafted back in Iarno's lab then lets out a long deep sigh before turning to Tagret, "Last one I had worn off, and I guess we should be ready for anything right? It didn't kill me the first time should be fine the second."
With that she pops the top off the container and downs the reddish purple liquid. The pain of the mutagen changing her body, while great, is less than the first time and Saravena is able to stay on her feet but for a moment she stands with her hands on her knees her breathing becomes labored. Once the pain has passed she wipes the sweat from her brow looking to Tagret once more, "We best catch up don't want them getting into too much trouble without us." She then makes her way to follows the others.

With you all in agreement, you start heading in the direction of the Sleeping Giant.
Once you all arrive at the dirty rundown tap house, you push open the doors and head inside. As you enter the Sleeping Giant the stench of stale sweat fills your nostrils and you think you can catch the feint scent of urine.
From behind the bar, a surly female dwarf shouts over to you, "What can I get you?"

Already having his fill of ale in the more quality Stonehill. Misha lets Saravena lead on this he turns to Saravena "Best not rile anyone till we find out whats going on."

"Right," Saravena nods then takes a seat at the bar trying her best to hide her disgust at the smell of the inn.
"What do you have?" she replies to the dwarf before turning her attention first to the wall behind the bar to try to see what sort of spirits they had for sale then giving the room a once over to see if anyone has turn their attention to the party.

Following the others to the Sleeping Giant, Tagret stops just inside the door and leans against the nearest wall as the others head to the bar. He then scans the rooms for any of the telltale red cloaks, and if he spots any he looks to see what sort of attention they are giving himself and the others at the bar (particularly if they are still wearing the red cloaks)
Perception: 8
OOC: Are any of the others still wearing the red cloaks that we appropriated? And where are our two followers...they probably need to be RP'd as well. A couple of goblins following us around will need to be managed unless they stayed with Gundren and Sildar.

Misha looks at the dwarven female as he lays down the 5 silver he has "I'll have an Ale. Tell me barkeep, how could I join the redbrands? I heard they're a few that hang out here I could talk too." he says with a smile ooc: If money talks and gives me the help action persuasion or deception both the same mod 11
Saravena turns to Misha staring at him eyebrow raised at the bluntness of his question for a moment before turning back to the dwarf, "I'll give the ale a try. Do you brew it yourself, or do you get it from a supplier? If you brew it yourself maybe you could let me have a look at your set up and you help you improve the taste."
Saravena gives a small cough trying to get herself back on track, "But perhaps that is talk for another time. We just arrived into town not long ago, been hearing about the Redbrand, they seem to have this place held nicely and we are looking to get in on that action. If you could give us some assistance by just pointing out who to talk to we would be most appreciative."
"I have not idea how'd you join them," the dwarf says. "I just spend all day bloody serving the lot of them. No idea why they insist on coming 'ere though. Why don't you go and ask them yourself, there's a couple of there in the corner."
She then points in a direction behind Misha.
"Nah, I import it on the cheap like."

"Alright thank you," Saravena nods. She then takes her ale, begins moving towards the Redbrand but then stops as an idea come to her so she turns back to the dwarf, "If you are interested I have looking into the spirit brewing process and, after I work out a few things, could supply you with something more than cheap ale. Once I have having worked out I can be in touch if you would like, just let me know."
After any answer from the dwarf Saravena will continue on her way to the bandits, motioning for Misha to follow. Once at the indicated table she will give the men a light salute with her ale and say, "Good day boys, room here for two more if we refill your cups?"
"That was Iarno aka glass-staff merely testing your group my good man. You see he's taken over the townhall, and since he found you worthy. He wants you and the rest of the redbrands to come hang out with him as the new place of operation. He loaned me this."
He shows them the staff. "To quench your doubts about his orders."
Saravena looks to Misha then sighs before turning back to the Redbrands, "It is as my associate has said, Glasstaff was worried about your skills and loyalty, so he contacted his employer Black Spider, who then sent us to test you. With our accidence Glasstaff was able to accelerate his time table and take the townhall after that he sent us to collect those who were not part of the infiltration in order to regroup."
"With that said, I am interested in knowing if any of you would have any interest in joining the Lord's Alliance?"
Rashana's brows furrow slightly, and her cold eyes settle, unblinking, on Sildar as if seeing him for the first time.
“Are we not already serving this Alliance of Lords? What more it is that you ask of us?” She smiles faintly as she felt the familiar a stirring of the warrior spirit that had led her away from her home.
"Well," Harbin begins. "The manor has long been abandoned. I doubt that anyone has any interest in it outside of the Redbrand. It is probably dangerous though. It's mostly ruins now and could fall down on you at any point.
However, if you want to live in that place, then I'm not going to stop you."
Rashana turns in surprise at Seravena when she makes her suggestion, but her gaze quickly returns to the town master. After he responds she stares at him for a time, her head tilted to one side as if listening to another voice. Eventually, she speaks.
“It is only when they crumble that we truly appreciate the value of walls.” Memories of her monastery come flooding back to her. It, too, was a crumbling edifice, nestled in mountain peaks. Dangerous yet safe. A place to train, and a place to understand transience. “I, too, would welcome a place for contemplation. One removed – even if only by a short distance – from the distractions of...” she waves her arms around her and wrinkles her nose, "...this place."

Rashana's unflinching gaze settles on the man, her expression unreadbale, in large part because she is waiting to act, with little thought for the future. Now is his time of choice. He can rejoin the river, or accept what is.
"A tree that does not bend will break in the first great storm" she says quietly, her expression passive.

Rashana exhales audibly and steps back a few paces to allow them space to leave. To Misha she sends the following telepathically, allowing Misha the ability to respond: "Rot thrives in the darkest places; to remove it, all must be found." Her eyes then scan the room for others taking an interest, who might be associates of the two with whom they are speaking.

"Glasstaff took over the town hall?" the bandit replies. "Why would he go and do something like that?"
