"Hey! I said back off!" Hawke shouts as he sees one of the figures attempt to attack T'chal. He tries to chuck another magical stone at it!

T'chal'fronack'zcinicker dodges nimbly as the warriors blades slash nothing but air.  He places his hand crossbow on the seat of the wagon as he pulls out his shield, taking a fighting pose.  “How mundane of you....” he mutters at the other warrior, “However, I should say that in addition to debating legal terms I am also fully versed in the administrative processes of both local and federal level governments. Did you know that a stay is a point of process that can’t even be applied when you have to go to the washroom?  It’s not what people think it’s for.”  (Casts Dissonant whispers DC 11 save for 10 Pyschic damage, save for half. ). “Hawke, can you believe this guy doesn’t even understand basic process? I bet you could show him some process no problem!”  (Bardic inspiration to Hawke for 1d6)

Kerric:

When the attacker missed him, Kerric smoothly riposted in hopes of landing a quick strike.

Going on the offensive again, Kerric slashes at the persistent warrior before him.

Edit—use it:  plus 3 on attack.  If that takes his opponent down, he will rush over to the one attacking T’Chal and say, “You’d best run off with your friends before you meet the same fate as your leader!”

Using the inspiration Kerrics blade flicks out after the repose slicing through his opponents throat dropping him to the ground in a rapidly expanding pool of blood

Figuring that the ruse wouldn't continue much longer, Reghys falls back to the waggon, and turning to the figure charging T, shouts: "If that blade's as sharp as you are, we don't have to worry."

 As they fall back, Reghys notices that Ebele is struggling to get to grips with the fire priests, and shouts a small limerick:
"What is that glow, and what moves so slow? I have a hunch, it's gonna hurt them so when you land your punch."

“Do we really want them running away and telling their friends about us?” Xalkas query’s as he sends a ray of frost towards the closest target and then maintains distance to stay out of melee range if the target is still standing. Or if the target falls, he will move closer towards the retreating foes.

“Yeouch...” Ebele would mutter under her breath as she’d shake the reverberating pain from her hand. She’d suck air in through clenched teeth. Buddy’s hard.

Ebele could hear the footsteps of those fleeing away from her. She’d turn on her heel, heading after them. Using her momentum, she’d spin with her staff aiming for her first strike hoping to follow through and strike true with her fist this time. The monk felt a little encouraged by Reghys’ words.

Kerric Reaction:

Dodging the first strike and slapping the second one aside with his blade, Kerric uses the opening to slash at the thug’s sword hand.

A deep gash opens on the armored figures chest

Combined with Ebeles gibbs slap is enough to end him

The two furthest back mount their horses and taking the other three ride back the way they came

Hawke had been digging in his pockets for a rock or two when he hears T’chal go off about... governments and processes. Something a man who lived in the wilds for most of his life would know shit about. Though, when the inspiring words come from the tiefling, he couldn’t help but chuckle. “I probably ****in’ could, yeah,” He gets a rock and is ready to chuck it at the man on their wagon. “Oi! Get off there, ya donut!”

T'chal'fronack'zcinicker hops up into the back of the wagon behind the guy, his sword rasping from it's sheath, "Uh, how exactly were you hoping this would go?"

Kerric:

Moving up to the last thug pinned against the wagon and being stabbed by T'chal, Kerric says, "Poor choice," and tries to run him through with his Elven Curved Blade!
