Reghys' peep and pop maneuver strikes true. They fire off a successful range of darts without a blip in the wand. The satyr pitter patters their way in an epic display, coming to their friends aid and slumps behind the pillar.
Two darts hit the Pirate Captain in each clavicle, the right biting a bite harder than the left. He'd suck air in through his teeth, letting out a grunt as he'd point his daggered hand towards the Satyr. "Bolt that brat!" Then he'd flourish both blades before pointing his scimitar towards Kerric first. With narrowed eyes, he'd look the elf up and down before scoffing. "You supposed to be some knight in shining armour?" He'd pan his eyes and blade to the panther, "This yer loyal side kick?" A snort would leave his nose. Jerking his attention to Ebele next, he'd notice her wounds have been almost fully healed. "That means, you Sweetheart..." He'd move a piece of her hair with the tip of his blade, a wicked grin growing on his face. The Pirate Captain brings his blades down in a cross across the monks torso, "You are the damsel!" He'd lift his leg giving her a swift spartan kick in the gut, threatening to shove her in the river.
Feeling the cold steel cut down her chest was enough of a premonition for her to prepare for what could be coming. Ebele would suck in her stomach, folding herself in a little to avoid the second strike. Tossing her staff hand out, she'd catch it against the pillar to her right, hooking it behind her back in time to secure her balance for the incoming boot. She'd latch on to his foot with her free hand when she felt the impact threatening to send her off.
The second river bandit hastily loaded his crossbow to follow the Captain's orders, but he's having a hard time seeing the target. From his vantage point, he can't see what fired off those bolts. Shrugging to himself, he takes aim for a target he can see. "Alright, meow." He takes aim for the same target the other guy fired at, the cat!
(oh! Shit! it rerolled crits!!! and the shove... 14 vs 16 now 21 vs 18 oh fun lol... Well then...)
Or at least Ebele thought that's what would happen... But in some sick twist of fate by the cruel DM dicebot Gods, they bestowed favour upon the Pirate Captain, redirecting his weapons to slice cleanly through the monks torso prior to booting her unconscious body off the deck and into the river.
T'chal'fronack'zcinicker looks over at Xalkas next to him behind the boxes, while he quickly reloads his crossbow. "These are probably the chattiest bad guys i've had the pleasure of shooting."

The Pirate Thug narrows his eyes on the suspicious pile of crates that keep picking them off. Similar to his counter part, he couldn't see the peeping toms well enough. Since his buddy couldn't pick off the panther, he'd try to take aim too, but the pillar proved to be an annoyance. But moving over just a little gave him the opportunity to try to ring the elfs bell again.

That last successful crossbow attack on Pawke was sufficient enough to knock the druid right out of his panther form back into his normal human form. There's an expression of displeasure on his face, but regardless, he manages to grin wickedly and shout out, "Oof, yeah! My coat was shiny now, wasnnit? Too bad you can't have it!"Hawke sticks his tongue out at the pirate.
The kalashtar is about to retaliate (against the Pirate Captain since he was closer), but is stopped mid way through a swing when he sees the man cut down and push an unconscious Ebele off the dock. He barks out a curse in his native tongue, knowing that she was going to most likely drown if nothing was done soon. Trusting the others to keep Kerric up and running, the druid decides '**** it' and dives right in the water after the monk.
(I'll take the AoO if it applies here since I'm just using my movement, not disengaging. I'm hoping that since this is soon after she got pushed off, no waves or anything really moved her, but let me know and I'll adjust if necessary!)

On Hawke AoO Attack: 22 Damage: 4
Hawke dives into the water after Ebele. There was a bit of a current with some waves lapping against the pier, but the druid's able to locate the monk and pull her to air. Upon breaking the surface, Hawke would notice that there was a bit of a break in the current closer to the ledge. Using what movement he had left in him at this moment, the kalashtar could tread inward and take hold of the dock with his free hand to not get swept away. He'd successfully administer a healing cure to Ebele's most severe wound.
A gasp would escape Ebele. Her arms and legs would flail a little before latching on in panic when she'd remember water. Hawke's voice and nonchalant tone was enough to calm her enough to realize she was being held above water. The blondes head would finally stop turning abruptly when she'd catch her breath and gain some bearings. "Thank you..." She'd let out a sigh of relief, sincerely grateful for not 'waking up dead' at the bottom of the river. Then Ebele's face would slowly turn towards the manic Pirate's laughter. "WHAT THE F-" And she'd start cursing at him with colourful dwarven words, lurching forward trying to clamber her up way using Hawke to get to the deck to whoop some ass.

Kerric:
Furious at the pirate captain, but unwilling to engage in any superfluous witty repartee, Kerric simply says, “Now it’s personal,” to Ebele’s butcher. The heavily wounded elf steps further down the pier to engage the next enemy (RB1) and use the piling as cover against missile attacks from his left flank. Slashing downward in a wild arc at the enemy before him, Kerric vented his fury!
But no! It was a feint, with the true attack a deep thrust at the pirate captain!
Kerric successfully misdirected his attack, sinking his cold steel deep into the Pirate Captain. He'd double over, slumping. Slowly he'd lift his head to stare the elf right in the eyes as he'd hang on to his weapon. "Now that's the spirit!" The Captain would cough, spattering blood. He remained standing with a wicked grin.
Ebele was flustered, frustrated and fumbly. In her outburst to get back into the fight to prove herself, she'd try climbing over Hawke to get onto the deck, but she ended up just throwing herself over his shoulder, completely missing the deck. The druid would have to redirect the monk, essentially hoist and give her a boost back up. As she'd flop back onto the deck from her 'graceful' attempts to get back at her attacker, she'd inhale a breath and concede. Patting her hands around herself, the half-elf was really hurt, but that's not what she was looking for. No potions... She could already hear Xalkas' voice chastising her for returning the ones he gave her.
Rolling over to get up, Ebele would turn her attention to giving a hand to assist Hawke out of the water.
"She's like a fish outta water! How can I not pick her off?" The second river bandit would take aim for the monk that returned onto the battle field with a confident grin.

”You’re quite right T’chal...” he begins to say in response as he watches the pirate captain... Spartan... no that’s not quite right... pirate kick Ebele into the water, Xalkas eyes go red with anger. He runs as close to the waters edge as he is able. (25 ft. Forgoing all cover and completely standing out in the open) thinking ‘I told her to be careful. I told her to keep some potions...’
He looks down into the water as Ebele starts sinking into the water and sighs in relief as Hawke dives in after her. Turning his attention to the Pirate captain(Barbossa perhaps?) and his mates, “It is personal now”
Xalkas pulls out his diamond orb and points with his other hand towards the pirate captain as shimmering green arrow streaks toward a target within range and bursts in a spray of acid. (acid arrow)
Xalkas rushes the waters edge, exposing himself to the pirates for attacks. With determination fueling his spell, it strikes true, hitting the Pirate Captain square in the back as he faces Kerric. The smell of acid burning flesh was just as horrifying as the mans manic laughter in pain as he died at the foot of the elven warrior.
The first river bandit's eyes go wide at the display. He was literally surrounded by dead bodies and one potentially peeved off person. It didn't matter though, he was fighting for his life regardless of what decision he made. Pulling out his scimitar, he'd try his luck against the armoured warrior.
Reghys sucked in sharply as the bolt strikes them in the arm. Deciding that they were done playing hide and seek, Reghys runs up towards Ebele, interposing themselves between the hurt half-elf, and the remaining river bandit, before unleashing some vicious mockery: "Did your absentee-father teach you to fight like that or are you simply not paid for performance?" With a sideways glance, they add: "Kerric, show him how it's done", imparting some Bardic inspiration to the fighter.

Spartan... no that’s not quite right... pirate kick Ebele into the water, Xalkas eyes go red with anger.

As the bolt fired at him lands short he looks at the would be attacker and says, “Ha! Is that the best you got! You’ll have to do better than that to hit me. I’m in a robe for crying out loud!” Then looking to Reghys, “they didn’t teach em how to shoot very well know did they.”
