Updated Map - Round 1, Turn 3 - Caradoc's Turn

Caradoc raises the hand crossbow and fires twice at the Ram

Attack: 22 Damage: 5 

Attack: 17 Damage: 6 

Caradoc injures the ram pretty good. Both bolts hit the ram's left flank. The ram isn't happy about it.

The Star Spawn Grue is next. (No map update is needed.)

The Star Spawn Grue is going to rush up and attack Aeneas. The creature saw who attacked it, runs up to him, and it attempts to sink its teeth into him:

• Attack (vs AC16): 4 Damage: 5 
• The creature snaps its jaws at Aeneas, but Aeneas shifts his weight just enough that the creature misses.

Damara is next. 

Updated Map - Round 1, Turn 5 - Damara's Turn

Damara, ignoring the ram for the moment, turns her blade on the Grue that attempted to attack Aeneas.

Attack: 17 Damage: 9

Damara's blade strikes true and she separates the creature's head from it's shoulders.

That creature is dead. The ram is next.

The ram attempts to ram Damara again:

• Attack: 16 Damage: 7 + 1
• The attack, once again, misses.

Aeneas is up. He'll swap his weapons and swing his greatsword at the ram:

• Attack: 11 Damage: 6
• His sword hits the ram on its left flank.

I have forgotten to do this, but the ram is going to roll for concentration: CON save: 20. The ram loses concentration on the spell that is holding Moneo, so Moneo is now free.

Moneo initiative: 5

3. Aeneas
4. Caradoc
5. Damara

Caradoc keeps firing

Attack: 9 Damage: 7  

Attack: 23 Damage: 9  

The nyx-fleece ram is clearly very injured. It's head is drooping and it has developed a limp, favoring its right side. But, it's not done fighting just yet.

Damara is next. (No map update needed.)

Damara raises her greatsword, taking a swing at the Ram hoping to end it quickly.

Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

The ram drops to the ground. There is a bright flash of light and all that's left of the ram is its fleece, sparkling like the nyx in the shadows of its wool.

Combat is over.

Damara kneels by the fleece and whispers a prayer under her breath to Kruphix before reverently collecting the fleece, gently folding it. She then walks over to Moneo. "Are you, alright?"

Moneo, who had been floating in the air, hits the ground and barely keeps himself from falling completely prone. Seeing his companions enter, and make short work of the beings that had held him captive brought some relief to his mind, but the fact that he’d been so easily controlled, and the lack of ability to fight it off is something that will take a while to shake off. Looking up to Damara he says slowly, “Yes... I... think so. How did you find me? Where are we? What is Kruphix’ name is going on these day?!...”

 Damara senses his unease and reaches out to give Moneo a, somewhat stilted, pat on the shoulder. "We are not, sure, though I believe, it may be part of, Nyx."

Aeneas walks towards them, glancing at the fleece's glory, then looks Moneo over.  "Are you injured?" he asks him.  He looks at the other two, "We should probably get moving."

“I’m... not” Moneo says, giving himself a quick check. He then quickly nods at the suggestion to leave, finding himself oddly at a loss for words at the moment.

Damara looks at Moneo for a couple extra moments the quietly says to him in Sylvan, "Do you need a moment? You've likely been through, a lot."

"No no." Moneo replies "I'll be fine. Let's get some fresh air." and starts walking towards where he thinks the exit is (or at least the direction from which his companions came).

Damara watches him walk away for a second, then looks at the others with a shrug and follows.

Caradoc visibly gulps at the mention of Kruphix’s name, but nods. “Right. Fresh sir sounds good. What was this other booger?”
