Townsfolk 1: Perception check: 16. They do not hear Moneo. But, they will attempt, again, to attack Cultist 1.
Attack: 19 Damage: 7
The group of them fails, miserably to hit the cultist. They are all getting in each other's way.
Townsfolk 2: Perception check: 5. They do hear Moneo yell to them, and you can tell that they're trying as hard as they can to get back to the Fort. They spend their whole turn just running. They get 60' closer.
Townsfolk 3 are chomping at the bit to shoot something and/or open the gates for their friends and family that are running back towards them.
Caradoc is next. You may attempt another DC11 WIS save. Also, don't forget the DC18 Perception check to see if you hear Moneo.
Looking at the cultist and narrowing her eyes, she flicks her gaze to the beast making its way toward town behind them. Knowing that this is probably not going to be won with just her and a handful of militia, Damara turns back toward the group and says. "Go to the, fort. Quickly. We must retreat." (Damara will hold her full movement and action to sprint back to the fort with the townsfolk, staying at the back of the group between them and the cultist and monster)

Cultist 1 is going to follow Damara and her merry gaggle of townsfolk for 30' and attempt to attack:
Bonus Action: Send the spiritual weapon towards the gaggle of townspeople and try to hit them: Attack: 15 Damage: 3 force damage
The spectral weapon swipes and nicks one of the townsfolk on their shoulder, causing 2 force damage.
Action: Will attempt to cast inflict wounds at Damara: Attack: 5 Damage: 21 necrotic damage
Damara can see the spiritual weapon hitting one of the townspeople and immediately afterwards, she starts to feel the necrotic pain of death from twisting her insides for a moment before it fades away a few seconds later.
Cultist 2 sees that Caradoc is no longer paralyzed, but she also knows that her prey is near death. She's going to go in for more attacks:
Bonus Action: she is going to direct her spiritual weapon to swing at Caradoc: Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Action: she will follow that up with inflict wounds as well: Attack: 17 Damage: 23
Caradoc gets through these attacks by the skin of his teeth. The cultist, likely distracted by the fact that Caradoc broke her concentration, misses both of her attacks.
Damara moved back towards the Fort for another 60'.

If everyone is retreating back to the Fort, though, we can montage forward since it'll still take a while for everyone to get back, if that's what you guys want.
Moving forward: the townspeople, Caradoc, and Damara all rush as fast as they can to get back to the Fort, making it through the gate but the enemies are on their tail. Having closed the distance, there are 4 red-skinned creatures in armor looking angry and ready for a fight.
The cultist that was chasing Damara is right behind them, and walking up alongside the cultist is this large beast:
In the sky, what Moneo spotted earlier is within range for some attacks, but it currently stays just south of the fort:
Aeneas is going to focus on what appears to be the biggest threat right now, and aim for one of the armored red creatures.
Bonus Action: Crimson Rite. 2 extra damage to his light crossbow, but he takes 2 damage as the cost for the rite.
Action: Shoot his crossbow at one of the creatures. Attack: 9 Damage: 8
The creature takes a crossbow bolt directly in the eye, the bolt poking all the way through the skull and even piercing through the back of his armored helmet and he drops dead.
Damara moves into a position near the gate but out of LOS from any of the enemies outside of it, and will hold her action for now in case any enemies break through.
