Startled -- he had expected more hyenas -- Alkyn moves forward and throws a dagger at the retreating creature.
Attack: 18 Damage: 13
(( Note: I have boldly assumed advantage due to 'unseen', and sneak attack because of advantage and/or the creature is near the others in the party -- obviously I may have misunderstood/misinterpreted ))
Sneak attack is fine, you were approaching from the back as the gnoll ran from an earth elemental, a big cat and an angry lizard with a gun.
The dagger sinks into it's back, and it lets out a howl of pain as it continues to try to escape.
The blood of the Giant Hyena stains the water red around it's thrashing legs, as your shark-lance strikes true. It splashes it's way to the edge, and begins to limp away. I do believe it's Six's turn.
I will rule Alkyn should be able to get close enough with his cunning action to make an attack.
Ashanti- As you explore the bottom of the pool, you see a large family of crayfish looking at you with interest. One of them is sitting on a tarnished dagger, with a carved bone handle.
Alkyn will strike at the back of the creature, among other things hoping to dislodge the dagger. I want that knife back!
Attack: 21 Damage: 6
(( I assume no sneak attack since noone else around; if it looks like someone else is also advancing, he would wait until they either reached the creature, or stopped short of it ))

Ashanti takes the opportunity to grab both implement and dinner, using Shape Water to corrall her catch onto shore once the hyena has run off.
Alkyn- 21 should be plenty to dislodge the knife- I think Six has enough movement to stay in melee with the enemy. Your sword slashes across the back of its thigh, and the Gnoll howls in pain. He turns, limping, and raises his spear to strike back.
Ashanti- You scoop up a swirling sphere of water, containing a number of alarmed crayfish and the dagger, before wading out of the pool. The Hyena has fled south, leaving a trial of blood.
Yes, Six and Alkyn have closed with the bloodied gnoll and the area seems otherwise clear. You duck behind one of the larger boulders for cover and begin weaving your magics. That’s ten minutes right?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I'm going to rule Tristan spends his turn reloading, we can go back and change it later if necessary. The gnoll is going to lunge at Alkyn with his spear in a final desperate attack.
Seeing the gnoll starting to flee, Six brings his longsword around to slash at it.

Ashanti gave the Giant Hyena a poke with her shark-lance from beneath the surface ( 10ft reach) to encourage it to run and never return.
Attack: 20 Damage: 12

Six hisses again in frustration, moving to catch the gnoll again, to swipe at it with his longsword.

Satisfied, Ashanti investigated the bottom of the pool for anything interesting.
(( Alkyn Initiative (I didn't roll before): 19 ))
If heading off the gnoll, or giving chase, is an option, he will do so, drawing a sword in his left hand after throwing the dagger.
I will rule Alkyn should be able to get close enough with his cunning action to make an attack.

It’s still up- just about.

Sinsil feels her companions have this handled, if allowed she is going to break off from combat and begin ritual casting unseen servant.

Alkyn's move!

Staggered by the blow, Alkyn draws his other sword, moving around it for an opening and attacks furioously.
Attack 1: 18 Damage: 6
Attack 2: 17 Damage: 2
If either of these connect, then since Six is within melee range of the gnolls, add: 7 (Rakish Audacity)
He will then move 20' back from the creature, avoiding any return attacks (fancy footwork), glowering menacingly at it, taunting it to come to him.
