Homebrew: Totem of Carrowkeel

OOC/Andulra: Goblin's aren't the most intelligent creatures hence why their usually henchmen of a more intelligent being!

Erevan says to Andulra "Ask him where Olk will be rising, is it down in the cellar?"

Andúlra turns to the Goblin chief, “ Where is Olk rising from? Is it in the cellar?”

"No," the goblin chief replies as the room visible trembles.

Everyone roll perception checks!

Saarebas: You can hear the growling and chanting getting louder from the dormitories, the next room over from where the villagers that came with the party peeled off and checked when the party chose the mess hall and kitchens to investigate! 

Anyone know Deep Speech?

OOC: Saarebas doesn’t know deep speech.

“The chanting seems to be getting louder. It’s coming from the dormitories.” 

Saarebas will begin rushing towards the chanting.

OOC: no only dracoinc and common

Erevan follows Saar.  "Brida, I think we need to know where that totem came from, has it always been in this temple?  Where was it before we took it to Feirm?"

Darik: "Brida, should I follow them? I thinking splitting up is a bad idea."

"It came from a crypt below the temple," Brida begins, "but it's...the myth is just a story isn't it? My mother, she's mad! It can't be true. Sir Ballen wished to end the villagers worship of the old Gods. This was meant to show them that Chauntea is our goddess now. I wasn't allowed to handle the stone until now but it looks to me just a trivial thing," she replies removing it from the satchel and turning it in her hand as it glows brightly, making the growl and trembling stop almost instantly! Only Andulra, Pitero, and Erevan can see the glow still.

"I don't see any glow on that stone but it seemed to stop whatever is happening so let us get that back to where it was."

"Brida, listen to me, the heart is clearly an artifact and it's linked to whatever is happening here.  Don't ignore myths and don't fall into Ballen's foolish dogma!  The old gods will destroy us unless we put that back where it belongs!"

OOC: Where is everyone?

Brida and Aldaryn are going towards the group. Aldaryn has tied the goblin chief and pulling behind him forward on the leash by his hands towards the dormitories the goblin chief is gagged!

Erevan was going with most of the group toward the dormitories, but hearing Brida's response he'll stop and ask her "How do we get to that crypt?"

Darik will be up front of the group with great sword still out.

Darik: "Maybe we can find more information at Ballen office if he has one Brida?"
