Homebrew: Totem of Carrowkeel

Group 1 Erevan, Darik, & Saarebas: Y'all are in the village you have yet to see survivors! You see the scorched square and burning temple ahead of you in the alley, Darik runs out looking for survivors?

Group 2 Brida, Andulra, & Pitero: The people on the road were not from Brida's village, they were not injured they had been traveling and stopped to rest. It is nearing dusk now and the smoke plume is growing nearer as the road ahead once again seems oddly empty for harvest time!

Group 1 are you advancing into the village from the alley? Darik is that what you mean?

Group 1: Advancing to the village you see many shops are ablaze with several odd piles of ash in the street as well as inside the shop's themselves. You put two and two together of why you can not find anyone around. Are you moving towards the temple? It is now early evening in Carrowkeel.

Checks. checks, checks?

Group 2: It has now been four hours since the others departed leaving one hour ahead to travel to meet them. The sun has begun to set, it will be nightfall by the time you reach Carrowkeel.

Saarebas would like to inspect the fire to see if they occurred naturally. 

Nature: 21

Not wanting to waste time will head to the temple on his way looking for any survivors.

Darik: "If these are what I think they are we must look for other who have survived!"

Perception: 7

OOC:[ I would like to make a survival check to see if there are any fresh tracks he could spot.]

Survival: 17

Pitero: Shale?

Saarebas: You have NO idea. It just looks like fire.

Darik: It's cobblestone you don't see any tracks, you also only find piles of ash.

Growing more concerned Darik will make his way to the temple.

OOC:[ Where we ate for the hero's feast was in the direction we came from right?]

Saarebas will follow Darik hoping to find any survivors or the culprit for these fires. 

Darik: The Tierney farm is on a hill outside the village away from the temple. You came in on through a clump of trees and over fields with Aldaryn into an alley between to shops across the square from the temple. There's a single main street that travels through Carrowkeel from the main road and the other road goes to the settlements near the Tierney farmstead in the hills.

Group 1 Going towards the temple. On the steps outside there are more than a dozen ash piles and the doors of the temple itself have been blast off the hinges! Aldaryn takes the lead of the group going into the temple! Everyone group 1 roll stealth and perception or investigation! Checks, checks, checks!!

OOC: I've decided now to only roll attacks, spells, and initiatives for Brida/Aldaryn and the other NPCs it's up to y'all to work out the other checks from here on out!
