Andulra agrees with you both. We need to find the others and see what happened in the village. Turning to Brida, "your father maybe there helping the others." "We should find your traveling companions and see they are unharmed."
Placing a reassuring hand on each of your shoulders, "I will help you all that I can." "Do you have an idea of what the shadow could be? I have heard stories from my father about shadows in the sky. He said they have not been seen in many many years. The stories used to scare me as a child." Andulra shoulders shudder and she shakes it off. She smiles at her new friends.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Yes lets go down to the village," Brida agrees. "Anyone here who wants to come with us needs to be quiet and agrees to listen to me," she then says calling out to the half a dozen men with the thirty some odd women and children who are all huddling in the barn. "I think you should stay here for now," Brida then says to Vera. "You haven't been seen so far and it might be where we come back for shelter ourselves after we find the others," she adds as Vera nods.
"Of course," Vera replies, "now go," she adds. "I wish you luck and safety to all of you," she adds hugging Brida again before letting you slip of out the barn. Only two men follow the party.
A stout middle-aged man who brags he's the butcher and another thin, haggard looking man who says nothing only grips a pitch fork tightly in his hand and seems to move like a cat! As you move away from the road and down the hill towards the village where the villagers tried to flee roll perception checks please!

Erevan & Aldaryn manage to put the men in the alcove together safely but josling them causes items to drop off their bodies and clang onto the stone floor of the temple! Aldaryn freezes and hides trying to be stealthy in the alcove 4; Erevan roll stealth!
Erevan you are not the quietest either along with not being very much help at lifting the dead weight of Saarebas and Darik still paralyzed. Moving towards the east or west? Mess east or chapel west? Aldaryn is waiting for you to choose.
Group 2
Most of you make your way noisily down the hill while Andurla remains the quietest. Andulra as you move down the hill you notice piles of ash in the tall grass but you only see them once the group is well out of the oak tree wards which you now see form a sort of barrier. There are six other trees that form this side of a circle. The nearest tree to you as you pass there is yet another druidic sigil for protection!
Making it to the field that's another 100 ft from the village coming down the hill towards it. Checks? Checks?

Andulra: You notice more piles of ash as you get closer to the village but as you near them your investigation does not turn up much else that you already found.
Group 2 You reach the village and find a few fires are still burning, the temple itself is still smoldering but most of the fires are out. Brida and the three villagers more towards the temple, do you follow?
Erevan: Are you going towards the mess hall or the chapel?

Pitero: You notice scorch marks on the cobblestone and more piles of ash! There are carts smoldering in the square across from the temple. There is movement in the temple doorway that has been blasted inward, from this distance it's about 150 ft away. So far you haven't seen any immediate threats but the smoldering fires.

Erevan: Coming to the end of the corridor smells of smoke Aldaryn pauses outside the chapel door and turns back to you. "I don't know if this is trapped," he whispers. investigation 4 (nat 1 ugh) Erevan any help with the door?
Erevan you open the door and expect to find a chapel but instead this room is a tomb. Stone sarcophagi stand in five rows of three, each carved with the visage of a warrior lying in state. In their center, one sarcophagus stands taller than the rest. Held up by six squat pillars, its stone bears the carving of a beautiful woman who seems more asleep than dead. The carving of the warriors is skillful but seems perfunctory compared to the love a sculptor must have lavished upon the lifelike carving of the woman. Checks? Checks?
Group 2
As you move through town you still notice the curious piles of ash but the temple seems to be the place to go as it is the only verifiable point in the village. It's possible the other villagers survived whatever upheaval befell the village you no witness. As Brida walks you notice the satchel she carries begins to glow, shards of light beaming out like a beckon from out of the cracks in the leather satchel itself! Brida herself hasn't noticed it yet too keenly paying attention to the surroundings moving towards her temple!

InsiderPitero will keep an action and movement readied. If he sees anyone who may be near death, he will cast Spare the Dying to stabilize them.

Following close behind the others.
In a quiet whisper Andúlra asks you both, “Where do you think the other ppl are? There wasn’t many villagers in your fathers barn.”
”All these piles of ash just seem so outta place.” “I’m very concerned about your traveling companions.”
