The grells tentancles grasping Jhee make it hard to strike it without harming the Goliath. The first blast strikes true but the creature recoils in an unexpected direction, causing the second to miss
The first spear thrust misses but after a swift correction Eoans next thrust and vicious kicks all land. The creature is badly wounded but not dead yet. It’s tentacles still tightly coiled around Jhee-Khar’s poisoned form.
The rapier lances out but strikes off of the creatures foul beak, causing no damage. The dagger however is able to strike a central nerve cluster in the creature causing the tantacles to go limp and the abberration collapses to the floor dead.
Jhee-Khar remains motionless for another minute before his system shakes off the poison in it and he is able to move again, several ragged looking bite marks covering his shoulders
Other than the skeletal remains of the grells previous victims there is nothing of note left in this room. back tracking you continue east last the corridor you entered in from. The corridor bends around to the right but a door is to your left
The door flies open and inside you find a Male human dressed like a theatrical vampire and 9 other bandits all stood there with weapons drawn. “Good of you to finally arrive! Time to pay the toll for access to the Undermountain or the Undertakers will take a cut from your hides!”

Jhee-Kharr runs forward with his section staff grasped in both hands and strikes the already struck Grell
Attack: 16 Damage: 8
Attack: 17 Damage: 6
He focuses his energy and delivers two kicks to the other Grell

The first attack overshoots the weird looking creature but the second third and fourth find soft squishy bits to connect with.
Leo aims at the first Grell and looses a double shot again

Attack: 21 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
The first shot kills the wounded grell and so he switches target and looses the second into the remaining grell.
Attack: 22 Damage: 12The surviving grell will float towards Jhee-Khar and attack with its tentacles and beak.
