Then Silenus goes to the open doorway to the north and takes a look inside that room.
As soon as you get to the open doorway in the north, nine ash zombies burst up from the ground, two in the northern barracks you just looked into, three just inside the entryway threshold, two in the southern doorway and two near the eastern wall.

Wild Magic 2 - You teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. Until your rage ends, you can use this effect again on each of your turns as a bonus action.
In the blink of an eye, Silenus teleports to the two zombies at the southern door and hacks away with his great axe, swiping once at each of them.

Rinn's Initiative: 8
Rinn quickly fires an arrow from the doorway at the zombie engaging the donkey (if there isn't one, then one next to Silenus, otherwise the closest zombie to Rinn).
Rinn's arrow connects with the complete zombie in front of the mule. The zombie's upper body explodes and the lower half drops to the ground.

Rinn uses his uncanny dodge (reaction to attack) to pull back just enough to reduce the hit from the first swipe but takes the full brunt of the next two. He then disengages (bonus action) and tumbles through the zombies to make it to the mule, shooting the zombie attacking the mule as he runs across the room.
Rinn's arrow pierces the zombie (HP 15). Like the other, this one bursts into ash. The remnants of rusted mail and soldiers’ surcoat it was wearing hits the door jamb behind it.

The mule runs to the far east wall trying to get away from the zombies.
"Whoa, hey," Silenus reacts as one of the zombies misses him completely, but the other clips him.
He teleports to behind the four zombies who are facing him (hopefully that gives him advantage on the next attacks).
Then he slashes out with his axe, again, one swipe each against the two who are injured already.
Bonus Action: Wild Surge teleportation.
