Olsihla also perks up. "I have not heard of this. Though, I have not been farther east nor south then my home in the so called 'serpent hills' and Neverwinter is the farthest north I have been."
Rinn just listens along, having neither travelled to the Feywild, nor venturing far from the tavern he was born in or the old wazard's school he was taken to. As everyone talks though, he keeps a watchful eye out for any troubles.
The trip across the northern border of Thundertree and up the Neverwinter River through the morning goes without issue. A little after high noon, the party stops to rest the horse and mule. Olsihla and Jasmine try fishing and getting a bath. They keep an eye out for logs that periodically float down the center of the river. (( O. Survival: 10 Perception: 12 J. Jasmine does a great job fishing, but gets a little too close to the fast currents. She is temporarily caught by a set of logs running just under the water's surface. Olsihla rushes to her aid.

With Rinn and Silenus quick action, Jasmine is brought quickly to the bank and out of danger. Olsihla checks Jasmine. (( bludgeon 6 to Jasmine medicine check from Olsihla 9 ))
(( And the rest of the trip is rather uneventful, Olsihla and Jasmine coaxing stories from Silenus and Rinn as much as they are willing to share, until as dusk's twilight begins.
Rinn and Olsihla get quiet, sensing something 'off' as the Loggers Camp comes into view.

"I thought this was a logging camp," Silenus says. "So what's with the piles of dirt? Are they mining too?"
Silenus looks around for any sign of the loggers. While he does he lets the mule go to graze. Then he goes over and checks out one of the piles of dirt.
"So we saw dust zombies in Thundertree, Rinn. Maybe they've got huge dirt zombies here."

Rinn shakes his head, "Those don't look anything like the ash zombies. I'd stay clear, Silenus." He sets himself up with a perch to oversee the entire logging camp as best he can and scans it for activity (Perception: 13).
With the sun going down, you, Rinn, start to see a low glow out of a bunker window. Now you realize the bunker is boarded up oddly and from the inside.
With your keen perception, Silenus, you realize the sound is something moving fast from underground, with a mirthful leap you avoid the huge insect as it bursts from the soil swinging its front claws in a grabbing motion much like a praying mantice.

Jasmine is notably excited, "Is that true!? Where is this Cloakwood Forest?! Are the portals still there?"
Olsihla also perks up. "I have not heard of this. Though, I have not been farther east nor south then my home in the so called 'serpent hills' and Neverwinter is the farthest north I have been."

Rinn sees Jasmine get caught by the logs and quickly grabs some rope and throws an end out to her.
Silenus runs along next to the river's edge.
"Whoa. i didn't know we were going swimming." Silenus says.
He grabs hold of the free end of Rinn's rope and dives into the water, swimming under the logs to grab hold of Jasmine.

"Well, you have a slight concussion, but you held onto the catch.", Olsihla says.
"I thank you both. You were much faster than I.", Olsihla says.
"Well. That was embarrassing.", Jasmine says.
After drying off, dressing, and tending to the catch so it can be eaten this evening, Jasmine and Olsihla are prepared to continue.
Silenus smiles at Olsihla's thanks.
"We've been getting loads of practice," Silenus says. "There've been too many gnarly dudes trying to eat us lately."
