While they rest, Silenus keeps an eye on the zombie guards, making sure they are actually staying by the billows and not coming their way. Once rested, he heads a little further down the eastern passage to see what lies that way.
The eastern passage leads to another chamber where there are doors on the far eastern wall and another passage going north near the eastern wall. The loud echoing of the waves start up.
The walk east to the eastern wall. As described there is are closed rooms south of you.
The northern corridor steps go down to a crescent moon shaped shore with a steep wall dropping five feet to an underground watersource that is crashing loudly against the shoreline. The moon swings northwest to a corridor leading west at the farthest northern end.
"Oh yeah," Silenus says when he sees the waves. "Gnarly, dude."
He checks out the water and shoreline to see if there's anything of interest here, or any sign of the Black Spider, not that he knows what they might look like.
The crescent shapped shoreline shows signs of traffic to the northwestern corridor. The shoreline along the cliff drop to the water shows signs of breaching and some erosion, but nothing else of interest. A bit further west, before the path bends north, you can see where the channel from the billows would drain out into this underground reservoir.
The passageway narrows down to barely four feet high and you have to work around obstructions of rounded boulders and pebbles. It looks as though it might have been a streambed, though no water flows here now.
At the end you see a collapsed cavern. A wide rift fills the eastern half of this cavern. A stream pours from the west wall before tumbling into the rift and flowing to the north. Secured to iron stakes along the western edge of the rift are several ropes leading to the chasm floor.
You are in the northeastern end of this cavern still just inside the passageway. They are on the southwestern end; about fifty-five feet (17 m) between you.
The ground drops steeply just outside the passageway to the streambed. There is another stone stair carved into the cavern north western wall going west. You would have to get past this group in the southwest as well as down into and out of the streambed to get to it.

Rinn's short rest: 12 healing
Rinn recounts these thoughts to the group, pondering on the possibilities and like Silenus, keeping a watchful eye on the flameskull and the ghouls.
The eastern passage leads to another chamber where there are doors on the far eastern wall and another passage going north near the eastern wall. The loud echoing of the waves start up.
Because you know what you are looking for, the dispersed flameskull is starting to reform.
Silenus smiles.
"Waves, dude," Silenus says to Rinn. "We've got to check out that sound. Maybe there's like an underground wave break down here."
He then waves good bye to the reforming skull and heads to the door leading north. Listens for any sounds then opens it up.

Silenus points out the northwester passage and starts making his way over to it and into the corridor to explore further.
"Still not seeing a big black spider," Silenus says to Rinn and the others.
Rinn nods, "I'm not surprised though. This black spider has not shown itself to anyone for some time. Rather it gets its minions to do all the work."
