Being hit by the beam and blinded causes the drow to miss their footing and fall into the twenty feet deep rift that two bugbear they were overseeing are working in. Taking 4 bludgeoning damage in the fall.
Between the two of them, they take out the other guard.
There are two bugbear on the southwestern end of the rift that splits the cavern and the injured blinded drow. The water that runs from the west at the southwest end of the cavern down into the rift northeast to just west of you down in the rift is now tinted red with blood when light reflects off of it.
The bugbear each with a pickaxe begin pulling themselves up the chains on the western side.
The drow gets up, They stumble in the rift bottom until they splash into the water in the stream and splash their face trying to get their eyes working.

Silenus runs forward with enthusiasm, climbing down into the rift to get after the drow and bugbears (Athletics if needed for the climb down - 20 ). He runs as close as he can get to the drow (45' movement - if it's a 20' climb, that leaves 5' I think - is the drow or bugbears within melee range at that point?).
Rinn fires an arrow at the top-most bugbear climbing up the ladder - trying to either slow it and therefore the other as well, or knock the top one down, colliding it with the other to make them both drop.
Rinn's arrow hits the bugbear in the shoulder causing them to slip about five feet. They both curse. The lower bugbear begins sliding down. The upper bugbear begins climbing up.
Rinn and Silenus are first in line out of the passageway and the others in this new space do not notice you.
What do you do?
Whether they're antagonists or not, Silenus still feels the jumpy energy flow through his body as the magical surge carries him away.

At the same time, he's guessing they probably will have to fight their way through these five. He pats himself on the shoulders to get psyched up.

Olsihla casts her Eldritch Blast both at the bugbear Jasmine attacked. Hit 11 dmg 8 Hit 23 dmg 2

The bugbear are another forty feet away starting to clime chains up the other side of the ravine
Silenus slashes twice at the drow looking to bring him down quickly.

Just as he finishes slashing away, a radiant beam of light rips out from his chest again, leaping at the drow.

First swing cuts into the drow. They manage to dodge the second swing. CON Save 10
