The dragon is nesting inside the icespire peak hold. It gets in and out through the collapsed portion of the wall. It's eggs, minus one, are set in ice on the upper floor of the keep, out of the way, as white dragon do. The main floor, encased in ice, is the dragon's lair.
Got it. Silenus goes to the edge of the roof and looks down to see if he can see Jasmine anywhere and see the extent of the carnage the dragon has wreaked.
He’d also like to estimate the distance down if they have to climb down the outside of the stronghold to get to Jasmine and the cart with all the dragon catching gear.
You cannot see the road you followed up from where you left Jasmine to the gatehouse Plaza and Towers. You can see the gatehouse side of the bridge, the gatehouse towers on that south side, and the dragon toying with the eastern tower. If the mercs are still alive, they're hiding well.
From what Rinn has shared, you are certain it will take three days of climbing to get far enough over the peaks to circle back and other eight days the cart.
"Cart might not be there if we go that way, dude" Silenus says about the mountain route. "I think we either head back down the way we came or climb over the side. That gnarly dragon is over there, so maybe we go down on another side."
He watches the dragon for a little longer while waiting for Rinn's reply.
"I'll try to message her, though I'm not sure if she'll be in range," Rinn says, "A long hard climb around this peak is not going to be easy or fun."
He points in the direction of the pass where the cart should be and tries to message Jasmine that they're ok and on top of the mountain hold and have found the dragon's lair.
(( Jasmine is at least a half mile (0.8 km) away. From where you are now, down to the bridge, across the revine, and through the gatehouse plaza is at least half that distance not counting your current elevation above the pathway you came in on. ))
(( I'm pretty sure Rinn knows the limits of message, so wouldn't use it. The path Rinn has is the only one available without the bridge. What are you doing?))
Silenus steps back from the edge of the roof to confer with Rinn.
"The dragon dude will totally get bored after all the bad bandit dudes are dead," Silenus suggests. "Once it goes back to napping we can go back down across the bridge and find Jasmine. Way faster than climbing over the mountains."
He then looks back over the side. Silenus does wonder if the dragon came closer if he could run and leap on to its back. But then he figures it would probably be better to have the weighted net and some of their other supplies before doing that.
”Going over the mountain will take forever and would definitely give us cold feet, dude. Faster to get our gear - the net and harpoon would be great to have- if we go back down the way we came. We can check in Jasmine too. Unless you just want to give it a go now. I could just jump on the dragon’s back when it comes close.”
(( The harpoons and iron net are with Jasmine on the cart. They're too much to bring while sneaking around. ))
(( The dragon starts taking frozen mercs ice cubes from the bridge back into its den, the icespire peak stronghold. It grabs three, one in its mouth and one in each front claw. ))
(( Waiting until you think the dragon has calmed - make a perception check - minimum your passive DC 16 - you use your magic, rope, and grappling hook to climb down the front wall near the blocked door you first encountered. - make an athletics or acrobatics check DC 15 ))
You get down the south face of the keep and across the bridge, through the gatehouse plaza and down the road to where you left Jasmine and the cart. Your cart, ox, and equipment are still there. Jasmine is not.
"Oh we just had a little look around the gnarly dragon's groovy pad," Silenus says. "We came back after he or she had a good chow down on the bandits. We're going to grab our dragon fighting gear and head back in."

"Getting cold feet?" Rinn asks Silenus as he watches the dragon from their vantage point. "You were pretty keen earlier."
Silenus smiles at Rinn.

"Snowy dragon dude might take a nap after this. We can climb down, get the gear then go back in after it."

You get down the south face of the keep and across the bridge, through the gatehouse plaza and down the road to where you left Jasmine and the cart. Your cart, ox, and equipment are still there. Jasmine is not.
Silenus looks around, a little concerned. "Don't think it was the gnarly dragon dude. An ox would be a way tastier treat. Maybe she's hiding."
He keeps his voice low but still calls out.
"Yo, Jamine, you around here?" he says in Sylvan.
"Yes, I'm here.", Jasmine responds in Sylvan.
She slowly comes out of hiding in the back of the small alcove overhang obscuring the cart from aerial view.
"I was trying to stay warm and hide well from the dragon when I heard the roaring."
"What are you doing?", Jasmine asks.
"Oh we just had a little look around the gnarly dragon's groovy pad," Silenus says. "We came back after he or she had a good chow down on the bandits. We're going to grab our dragon fighting gear and head back in."
