"Hey, hey, hey...," Kaemgen shouts, probably coughing a time or two while he does. "We're still guests here! And guests do not flog their hosts!" Kaemgen slowly climbs to his feet and limps over to try to diffuse the situation.
"Obviously Facktoré here is no official greeter or diplomat. Her greeting and help so far has been quite flawed," Kaemgen says, pausing to stare at the gnome a moment. "Still, we did kind of barge in, and we did investigate where we were not invited... Perhaps there is blame on both sides and we should move past it and make sure those things are good and dead before moving on?"
Kaemgen will then turn away and back to the wolves. "Perhaps we stay together for a while? If you slow down a bit we'll try to keep up..."
Kaemgen will then look around the rubble and such and see if the keg room is still full on inferno or if it's possible to go and check for surviving... kegs?
Mr.Dark leans against the wall casually. He'll keep an eye on Kaemgen as he tries to check out the remains of the wine cellar, but otherwise keeps his mouth shut for a change.

Glad to have come out of the most recent battle relatively unscathed, Scott resumes his position at the rear of the group. Keeping an eye out for anything that might try sneaking up behind them. They did just cause a rather loud ruckus after all.
As the air in the area settles from Kaemgen's genuine efforts to diffuse the situation and the group prepares to move on, more discord happens.
"Yeah, I think we were going this way, right?"
The group would hear Mr. Dark's question, but should anyone actually turn and look to see where he was pointing, he'd be gone!
Then as Auric is literally fuming at the nostrils, he'd shift in hue. No longer gold, but blue!
"Who's gunna tell him, you?" Facktoré's widened eyes would side glance Kaemgen as their dragonborn moves with the continued grace of a butterfly lit up by an entourage of fireflies. With a wide step, the gnome would whistle to herself as she'd turn to lead the group where they were supposed to be going. South, G9.
Mr. Dark goes to point down the hallway, but then finds himself on a rope bridge and facing a waterfall! The waterfall plunges 60 feet, surrounding him in a light mist. In the middle where he stands, the bridge sags about 15ft above the water.

Mr.Dark looks around. "What in blue blazes?!?" He looks around and then goes into a crouch. After a moment, he slowly down the rope bridge looking for a way back to where he was, and, if he doesn't recognize where he is, just heads down a random tunnel...moving as stealthily as he can. Stealth : 19

Kaemgen looks from Facktore, to Auric and back several times. "Ooooooh," he says finally, catching on.
"Ahem... Auric?" Kaemgen would interject softly. "You feeling ok there? A bit sad or depressed perhaps?" If Auric doesn't catch on immediately he would look at his own hands, turn them back and forth as if examining them, then nod back to the Dragonborn to indicate he should do the same.
Kaemgen would also take the pause as an excuse to double check the wolves, make sure they were staying with the rest of the company. Muzzle scratches and head ruffles to assure them their presence is appreciated.

Auric:
insight (How self-aware is Auric): 20
Looking at his hands, Auric notices their scales have taken on a distinctive blue sheen. of course, flying through the air on butterfly wings and sparkling with fireflies, the color change is hardly the most unusual thing to happen in the last hour…
Reforming the yellow glowing light in his dragon orb, Auric is clearly shown to be blue. With a start, he says, “Bahamut’s holy light revealeth the magical alteration of my scale’s hue, though my heart will ever be purest gold.”

Inside Gnomengarde When Kaemgen would turn to look for the wolves, both pups were paired side by side in the hallway. Making eye contact with him, the pair sit, staring up innocent and panting. Their tails wagged, thumping against the walls leaving small dirty dusty blood spatters behind. Then after a moment, Pollux would drop his expression with puppy eyes, whine and lift one of his injured paws. He was genuinely quite hurt out of the pair, but milking the situation wasn’t out of the question. After all, Kaemgen grabbed and carried him off much like Nova did when she was younger.
Catching his brother’s efforts, Castor would add to the charade with some sulking.

A snort escapes Facktoré from Scotts question as she continues on towards the next area. Continuing forward, mist from the waterfall dampens this part of the cave. This room has a 10-foot-high ledge overlooking it to the south. Two gnomes stand at the edge. They’d exchange looks with each other before turning back to look down at Facktoré. “Aye! You said something about passing by with a few folks, you never said anything about blue dragons and wolves?” Their eyes scan the group mostly covered in dust and debris. “What was all that commotion?” One of them would crane their neck to try to get a look down the hall. “Is that blood?” They’d slowly start reaching for their weapons, contemplating whether to trust.
Outside Mr. Dark felt some familiarity and could make some sense of where he was, but at the same time the bridge was wobbly and obscured, a bit disorienting in a way. Not to mention it was as if he was teleported. Having been plopped there, it could be hard to tell where he came from. And even with the sound and mist of the waterfall, Mr. Dark couldn’t hide how awkward it was to maneuver the bridge with disoriented vertigo. The man pressed on.

Mr.Dark stops, and rubs the droplets of water from his face, trying to clear his mind. The mist from the waterfall dampens everything. His hand reaches down into a pocket and pulls at a coin, flipping it casually between his fingers as he looks into the cave. He glances back at the bridge where he appeared, wondering if any of his allies were soon to appear. Then he glances around this place and tries to listen for any sounds through the rush of the water. Perception : 16
Then, with a short pause, he steps cautiously into the tunnel as quietly as possible. (Previous stealth roll of 9?)

Now safely on this side of the bridge Mr. Dark immediately is able to pick up that he’s heading west, when him and his companions began on the other side, to the east. Looking over the bridge to the east side, his intuition was telling him that’s where the rest of the group should be not far beyond.
Turning his attention back to the west entrance where he stood, it wouldn’t hurt to take a peek into the room. Although still a bit obscured by mist from the waterfall, the larger eastern part of the room contains two rapidly spinning devices that look like turnstiles fitted with stacks of long, sharp blades spaced 1 foot apart. The northern turnstile spins counterclockwise, while the southern one spins clockwise. Squinting harder through the fog, Mr. Dark manages to spot something set into the south wall of the smaller western part of the room. It appears to be a brass lever in the down position and he was confident that pulling the lever up would probably cause the turnstiles to stop spinning, allowing safe passage through the chamber.
Looking guiltily over his shoulder towards where his allies were, but...with curiosity eating at him, he stood on the precipice for a moment. A lone soldier is a dead solider, his sergeant used to always say. Stick together, stick together...it had been literally drilled into him. (with military drills, not any more macabre type of drill.) No...this place was all a bit too....what was the word those young recruits had constantly used? Suss. It was all too suss. But, he wasn't in the army anymore, and that gnome leading them about was also a little too weird. Flipping the coin once more in the air and catching it, asking a quick prayer to Tymora for leading him the right way (Guidance), he moves into the room and over to the lever and gives it a shot.

Charade or not, Kaemgen would fall for it and spend some time looking the wolves over. As much as people want to anthropomorphize animals, they're wild creatures still and are more likely to hide an injury than draw attention to it. As such, they're either really quite injured, or much smarter than he's been willing to grant so far. Either is worth knowing. In his quick inspection he'll do whatever first aid he can do and whisper to them "I know, I know... I'm no doc or healer. But once we have the time I'll see about getting you two properly looked after..."
