The floor of this dusty, 40-foot-high, 20-foot-wide chamber is littered with dinosaur bones. Webs stretch from the walls to a 30-foot-tall central pillar, coiled around which is a narrow stone staircase, its steps covered with dust. Carved into the pillar are reliefs of a man carrying a crocodile. The reliefs follow the stairs to the top of the pillar, on which sits a large, beautiful, ceramic jug.
Aside from occasional spiders which have made this place their home, there is nothing hidden in here. The layer of dust on the steps of that staircase is quite thick.
Gertrude smiles also. "If you feel safe up there" Then she 'bucks' Oniss off with a quick movement of her shoulders and sends him into the dust. Gertrude is grinning. The group is starting to become a team. They are so close to their first success...
It seems they had gotten further into the temple than anyone for a long long time... looking at the dust. She was wondering what may be lying in wait for them this time.
"Felix, it's your time to shine! Maybe you can find a door somewhere, or another trap? Or any hidden treasure? Be sure though that I'll be watching your every move - remember - even splits of any treasures found! That's for you too, Oniss!!"
Once Kurma is done with the ritual, he perceives an aura of abjuration from four of the thirty steps of the spiral staircase. Nothing else, from his position, appears to be magical.

When Irommek enters the large chamber he lets out a slightly muffled low whistle.
“Ugh. That’s a lot of dino bones.”
Stepping as lightly as he could in chainmail, Irommek makes his way around the room, avoiding stepping on any of the bones and admiring the stone work in this part of the temple.

Irommek gives a look at the stonework. Nothing particularly relevant about the architecture.
But, it seems there are some loose bricks on the ceiling. One more trap, most likely, although the triggering mechanism is not clearly visible.
Gertrude touches the two bottom tiles, while Oniss, on her shoulder, does the same to the two top ones.
Never that handful of seconds seemed so interminable to the party.
