Ralf, you are still by the bodies while Gotur approaches the scarecrows. Alton, you are a bit behind Gotur but still also checking out the scarecrows. As you approach, you can notice that the scarecrows eyes begin to glow. Then, one after the other almost in sync, their heads begin to swivel like crazy and you hear loud shrieks' coming from them. They have come to life!
Everyone please roll for initiative.

Gotur, the bird had flapped away moments ago when the scarecrows heads were spinning. The scarecrows look around and see the pollen... 8 and similar to their slow start, they are unable to avoid the pollen which covers them.
(attack rolls by anyone against any scarecrow if they can see them now have advantage for 1 minute or until the spells concentration is broken!)
I am going to rule that since the scarecrows initiative roll was pretty bad, all of you can go ahead and roll a nature check to see if you already know anything about these creatures and can therefore answer Alton's question, mid-turn.

"Alive, they are? Yes, stab them, you must!" Ralf mutters some words to himself, and he makes a shape with his gray, wrinkly hands so that they resemble a spider. "Go, my little friends... restrain them." Then, thousands upon thousands of tiny spiders start to crawl out of the trees and ferns and ground, forming a 20ft by 20ft Web that encapsulates all the scarecrows in seconds!
"Mori, the halfling, you must go to. Guide his hand, you will, and help him focus." The silver raven on his shoulder, Mori, then flies over to Alton and sits on his head. She then puts her beak to his ear and says "Kraa- focus... halfling... focus-Kraa"repedeately while he aims his next shot, which is both calming and annoying, but she is nonetheless giving him the Help action.
((I still don't know exactly how familiars work in combat, so I might need some help with figuring that out))

Gotur and Ralf, you'd know that given the unnatural nature of these baddies, they are resistant to most types of weapons if they are not magical. Also, you aren't 100% sure what animates them, but you know that these creatures are unnatural and have been created by something, or someone. Ralf, you also deduce that fire would burn them right up.
((Ok we need to get Mori more involved in the game! To be honest snake, I had forgotten about the raven. My apologies. I know about the raven queen part with your background, but I had forgotten that Ralf actually has a familiar. I am not super familiar (haha!) with them in combat either, but to my understanding the spirit gets a turn just like you would, and can do anything their mirrored creature state can do, except attack. It can also use it to deliver a range of touch spell, etc. etc. all the stuff at the bottom of the spell description.) So I have added them to the map and also to the PC tab. If the image is not satisfactory please send me a new one and I will update! For this battle, let's say Mori's turn is right after yours. Going forward it gets its own initiative roll.))

All of the scarecrows continue to spin their heads wildly now, all caught up in the webbings. Scarecrow 1 screams at Alton, Scarecrow 2 screams at Gotur, and Scarecrow 3 will scream at Mori. They are trying to scare you. Everyone targeted please roll a WIS saving throw.

The scarecrows are too busy spinning their heads trying to scare you that they are very slow off the gun.

Alton then moves to stand next to Gotur before tentatively throwing two daggers at the nearest scarecrow.
