And the spectre attack?

I rolled the specters first, but they Actually act right after the collector, specifically after the one who summoned them, which is this one who is still standing. So when the collector hit Omiy, the Specter lost disadvantage on the next attack. This 19 shouldn't have any effect. 

Leann shrugs off the various attacks, blocking or simply letting them bounce harmlessly off of her armor.

I see, I thought the spectre attacked first.

CON Save: 13

Taking the hit from the collector, Omiy catches sight of the collector swinging at Leann, taking advantage of the opening as the collector strikes at another target, Omiy thrusts with her blade, piercing the collector's armor shell.

Sentinel Attack:28 Damage:15

Swinging back from the hit, Omiy turns to the spectre, and strikes at it with her greatsword.

Bonus action she summons her echo again, the translucent image of Omiy pauses at (24,14), 30 feet behind her.

The collector is damaged beyond function by Omiy's attack.  It topples to the ground, leaking a viscous pool of dark liquid onto the ground.  It continues to twitch and whirring, kicking its leg ineffectually as the spectres continue to harrass the group.

Huarache, everyone else: You're up.

I believe there's still a spectre on Huarache, so as the paralytic agent finally wears off, Huarache brings down his hammer on it.
