Anyway, Huarache yells, "Get away from my dog!"as he pulls out his sword to get Pterafolk 3 off of him so that he can get to the fourth with his gun without having to fight at too-close range.

Echo is not looking great and will take a breather to repair her inner mechanisms for 17 HP.
Taking glances over the side of the boat, Tel decides to give some help. "Blessing of the Mother of the Waters upon you", he shouts from onboard, channeling the spell towards Huarache, Vernell and Leann with flicks from his holy symbol towards them.
The first (at H6) shrieks with ghoulish laughter as she casts lightning bolt. A flash of lightning illuminates her face. Huarache, Echo and Shutorn make Dex saves or take 27 lightning damage, half on success.
Leann feels the effects of eyebite overtaking her, she must make a DC13 Wis save or become Panicked (it's frightened but worse) as the second hag casts a spell toward the boat.
The second hag (at G11) casts hold person on Vernell, Tel and Dorian (DC13 Wis)
The sight of the hideous monstrosities is hard to bear. Their horrific appearances could drive fear into even the bravest if adventurers. Everyone make a DC11 Wis check or be frightened for 1 minute.

Leann turns and moves directly away from the hag that cast eyebite. She moves 60 feet with her dash action, and will find a place she can no longer see the hag. This will end the panic condition, does she get saves every round for the frightened affect?

As P2 falls, Shutorn harvests its life energy and heals the damage he took from its claw attack.

Huarache is looking very singed, and he has some burns on his body from the lightning bolt. He needs to deal, however, with the Pterafolk first.

I think that will kill P3, so Echo will try to deal with the fourth.

You can attempt to counterspell the hold person casting affecting all 3 PCs. It was cast as a 4th level spell, so DC14 or upcast counterspell
