Samogri's first arrow hits true, gouging through the hag's shoulder as she wails in pain, thrashing wildly as the second arrow whizzes by.
Ooc: {FYI: from a mile offshore, if you had used a spell slot on primeval awareness, you would have sensed Fey nearby.
Tip: if anyone had rolled an arcana, nature or maybe even history check after seeing the hags, I would have described how covens and their magic operate}
Tel (can amend this if you wish) bashes hag1 with the magical green stick he wields, landing a solid blow. Tel strikes again with the other end of the staff, but the hag narrowly dodges.
Dorian's going to call his owl to the Pterafolk and attack it with advantage: Attack: 19 Damage: 10
If it's down he'll move towards Leann, if it's still up he'll get as close as he can without granting the Pterafolk an attack of opportunity (so probably only 5-10 feet).
Sam takes a chunk out of the Pterafolks' leg as he falls off the boat. He manages to graze the hag with another arrow, at which she winces in pain. Though the badly injured, the hag still stands.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Huarache jams something into his blunderbuss, seeing that his first shot didn't bring the hag down. The gun begins to glow as Huarache levels it at the hag, and a point of radiance streaks from his gun, striking the hag in her chest, dealing an extra 5 radiant damage.
Huarache blasts the hag to pink mist in a flash-bang that sends a clear signal across the moonlit water. The hags are all gone and there seem to be no more Pterafolk. All that remains on the narrow beach are the hags' campfire and the small broken boat.
From the cracks and he in the hull of the boat, Yaren detects a faint light flickering within.
Yaren walks over to the boat, compelled toward the eerie flickering light. climbing through the hole gouges in the boat he sees a lantern, inside of which a pale blue light swirls and whirls. The light it casts is dim, but in flashes he can see there are more treasures to be had. He piles them all up and tosses them through the opening onto the sand.
Besides the lantern, there are
A Batiri goblin mask made of painted wood, set with nine gemstones (10 gp each)
Dorian will ritually cast detect magic to see if there's anything magical in the area. If we want to sleep on land and decide this location is secure enough, he'll fold up the boat and then put up the Tiny Hut, also ritually.

"That was the ugliest woman I've ever seen," declares Huarache, extinguishing an ember in his fur. "May I have that spyglass? Oh, also!" He pulls out a small device to cast Cure Wounds at first level (8 HP) on Leann.

Am I allowed to retroactively cast Branding Smite on that blast?

Everyone gets 683xp.
I suggest the party take a long rest, maybe do some healing.
