((You roll on your turn normally, and three successes means you're stabilized, which means you won't die.))
T'ohra grabs Eraquin and Saproth, casting spare the dying on each of them ((No need for saving throws)) pulling them out of the water then diving back to chase down Bramnus.

((Also, failing a jump typically means you take fall damage, which I believe is 1d6 per 10ft fallen. If they didn't reach 0 from that they shouldn't be unconscious))

A fall from a great height is one of the most common hazards facing an adventurer.
At the end of a fall, a creature takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it fell, to a maximum of 20d6. The creature lands prone, unless it avoids taking damage from the fall.

Saproth walked towards T'ohra, still catching his breath and trying to keep himself conscious. "Glad you were able to get to us on time!" He smiled to the female dragonborn.
The others caught up to them with the little girl. Or, who they assumed was a little girl. "Well, glad you all survived that... I didnt foresee you all having such an unfortunate circumstance first meeting... but at least you are all in one piece." She stepped forward to introduce herself, "My name is Mersun, and I have been expecting you all."
Saproth cast Goodberry while Mersun introduced herself.
"So, if you all would like to follow me, I shall take you to the village," She smiled and walked ahead.
Saproth handed out some berries to whom ever wanted two, "Should be trust her?" He asked under his breath...
Not only relieved with her saving them, it was a great relief for Saproth to hear T'ohra crack a joke, in her own way. But the problem persists... "Do we trust her?"
Before arriving at the village, Mersun stopped and turned to them. "I almost forgot," said and walked towards them, handing out handkerchiefs. "The village is under a plague, it seems to be infectious, so... I'll bring you straight to our chief."
She then put one on herself. "Cover your nose and mouth..." she instructed. "Any questions before we proceed?"
Bramnus, still recovering and moving somewhat slowly from the previous events of the day, takes a deep breath and asks, “How did this village come to be under this plague? What evil caused this?”
Bramnus turns to T’ohra and says, “ I never got to thank you for saving me back there. We dwarves are known for our pride and being stubborn but I am not too proud to say thank you. Whatever comes our way on this adventure, know that I will stand by you through it all!”.
"It came I would say, two weeks ago." Mersun answered Bramnus. "Our healer says symptoms are the hardening of the lungs... as if they were slowly being petrified..." she described.
Mersun then noticed that they were still tracking water each step they took. "Perhaps we should make a d-tour to the seamstress. She's my mother and Im sure she has some cloths you all can change into and get out of those soaked up things... before you all catch a cold."
As you enter the small village, you see about three or four people with mouth coverings, delivering food items. Other than that, the village seems to be deserted. No usual children outside, or buzz of commerce.
"Mother!?" She called out as she entered her shop, "They have arrived as I have predicted... but they suffered a mishap, do you have some cloths they can change into while they dry up?" Mersun said as she motioned everyone to come in.
The shop is decorated with all styles of weaves and patterns. Also some clothing of common and standard fashions.
There seem to be no reply. The store was open but no one seems to be tending it.
Mersun looked to the others with puzzlement... then concern. "I better look for her." She said. "Feel free to look around."
T'ohra, having an unpleasant hunch, lowers her head in concentration for a moment and casts Detect Poison and Disease, following in the direction Mersun went.

Eraqrin coughs up some water, mumbles a thanks, and then gets up and lights a fire to warm up.

T'ohra didnt make a Dex roll to see if she made it down the cliff right...
But Im torn if we should be saved...
I did. Rolled 16.`
Oh, Im so relieved! Do we still have falling damage from a 15 foot drop into water?
Saproth is coughing up water as he tried to keep himself on the shore. "Where's the dwarf?" He still remembered one of them was missing.
From the players handbook:

At the end of a fall, a creature takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet it fell, to a maximum of 20d6. The creature lands prone, unless it avoids taking damage from the fall.
Make a strength roll to see if you are successful to pull the dwarf out of the water.
T'ohra casts spare the dying on him as she reaches him, then goes to pull him from the water.

After getting Bramnus to safety, T'ohra sighs. "If you all feel like you need another bath, might I recommend an Inn next time."
Not only relieved with her saving them, it was a great relief for Saproth to hear T'ohra crack a joke, in her own way. But the problem persists... "Do we trust her?"
Eraqrin says "Yeah, I think we can. She showed us the path down to save Bramnus, Saproth and I. It should be alright. Oh, and nice joke, T'ohra!"

"My armor is well oiled, and a bit of moisture will not bother my scales overmuch." T'ohra says with a shrug.
