Soldier 2, temporarily comes out from behind Soldier 1 and launches a fireball at the cluster of everyone. (Everyone make a DC15 Dexterity save or take 19 fire damage on a failed save, 9 on a success, 0 on a nat. 20)
Unable to get out of the way in time, Jinhazar takes the full force of the the fireball blast. He is knocked over and barely manages to get back on his feet. He slowly survey's the area and decides now is not the time to fall. He steadies himself and looks toward his companions. He telepathically communicates to the party member who is most injured and says, "I'll come to your aid. Pray the Selune keeps me alive till then." He moves toward the party member he communicated with and uses two sorcery points to Quicken Spell Cure Wounds to heal himself at 3rd level.
Seeing the caster prepare to lob a glob of fire at them, Tanthir leaps to take cover.

Adding entering a rage as a bonus action into the plan I already laid out for my action this turn. Still rushing forward to try to get to Soldier 2 if I can...If Soldier 1 is completely barring the way then he will take the attack instead, which is still 26to hit but is 9damage instead of 7 now because of the rage.

The Visage, invigorated from his fantastic speech (in difficult circumstances) runs around behind the spellcasting Minotaur dropping his crossbow as he runs. He curls up into a ball and rolls forward drawing his rapier. As he unfurls he stands up lunging upward at the beast with his Rapier, using the power from his upward momentum to stab deep.

Elias, feeling a bit more courageous than normal, he sets a sneer on his face and rushes in to attack the same enemy Visage did positioning to flank with him. and swings overhead bringing his warhammer crashing down onto the enemy
