"I am good to go.", Arthasis said. They were finally making some progress and it was for the betterment of his mood. "Good lady, how long would it take us to reach the grove you mentioned?", he asked the shop keep before turning to his companions. "Do we need a rest before our journey up the mountains?"

Kriv nods at the mention of a rest "Yeah, I could use one as well. Saw a good bar that we could grab some food and drink at." he says pointing in the direction of the Blushing Tankard.

"A rest would be...fantastic," Menodora concedes at the idea. She raises a brow at a Potion of Healing and rummages in her pocket to offer the necessary gold pieces to purchase it. 

"But, I'd like to purchase one of these before we go. Just in case." 

Zendasa considers for a moment and then, "Oh, not long; the Grove is just in the Upper City. You can't really miss it. But going there won't do ya much good for gettin' to any caves behind the waterfall. For that, ya gotta climb the mountain!" She points upwards with a somewhat manic grin before turning to Menodora. "Oh, of course, of course. Happy to do business with ya!" 

(That's my bad - The Blushing Tankard is in the upper city, so you'd have to head to the Winch Lift and head up to go there. Or you can head back to Sootswallow and take your rest there. Either one is fairly easy to find your way to, so depends on your preference!)

Sila nods at the women, confused about the sun comments still, "Thank you mame, have a good day."

(I'm assuming we're all fine to leave Zendasa's?  If not then move this to after any other business in there is completed)

"Well thank you for all the help Zendasa.  Hopefully this secret cavern leads us to our target.  We'll have to let you know what we find up their when we return!" he replies jovially to the woman before making his way back out towards the street.

Once the rest of the group had joined him outside, he turns to them and says, "We'll if we're to head into the mountains, we probably shouldn't do so on an empty stomach.  Quick lunch back at the Sootswallow anyone?" 

Kriv just walks out joining Aeros, his stomach growling as he talks about food "I won't disagree to that. Maybe you all can fill us in a bit better on exactly what we have gotten ourselves into?"

(I guess we're at the lodge short resting now?)

"Yes," Sila says, "an explanation would help greatly."

"What more do you want to know?" Aeros asks as the two newcomers as he sits down with a beer and whatever food is on the menu for the afternoon.  "We've pretty much told you all we know: Prisoner escaped last night and we've been hired by the Watchmaster to find her.  And based off the clues we've gathered so far, it seems like she might've run off towards that waterfall cavern Zendasa mentioned."  he continues in-between bites.  "Still unclear on who helped her or why but I'm sure we'll figure that out at some point."

"Why was she imprisoned for starters," Sila says.

"Hmmm, I think she was some sort of spy for the Kryn or something.  Didn't get much more information than that I'm afraid." Aeros replies back.

Kriv takes a sip of drink as he listens "Do you know her name by chance? Did you all witness the escape or hear about it second hand from the watch master?" he was genuinely curious how this group ended up contracted by the watch master to investigate.

"We all ran into each other into the street. And then all of a sudden things started blowing up, and then we got attacked. It was....really crazy," Menodora adds with some sense of wonder and excitement in her voice,  setting her food and drink down onto a table top. She shrugs off her pack; and then sits her lute down gently next to it

"Her name is Zabriss, though," she shrugs, before she quietly sets about eating her meal. All the better to help shake off the attack by the kobolds back at the house.  

"Zabriss," Sila says, "interesting name... I don't suppose you know anything else besides she escaped?"

"Just that she's a Goliath." Aeros replies between bites.  "So do you two know each other already or did you just meet by happenstance like the rest of us?" Aeros asks Kriv & Sila.

"We met by chance, just before we found you all." he says looking at him as he takes a sip of his ale.
