You all make your way out of the room and continue down the corridor. It turns to the right and you descend a narrow stairway that leads beneath the monastery. This is where the goblin warned that traps had been laid so you all tread carefully.
Whoever is leading the way give me a perception roll with advantage.
Mercwri you spot the tripwire strung across the ground and under your guidance the party carefully step over it. You may try to disarm it with a slight of hand roll DC 10.
Moving on the stairs continue to descend and curl around to the right until at last you find yourselves in a narrow dimly lit corridor. A couple of torches flicker on the nearby walls and up ahead the passage appears to open up into a wider chamber. Again whoever is in front make a perception check with advantage as you advance.
Mercwri you recovered 6 poisoned darts from the first trap and soon spot the second. A crude pressure plate embedded in the centre of the floor. Again you usher the group around the trap and can choose to disarm it with a DC 10.
As you all step around the plate you see a wide chamber up ahead. You hear low voices and growling as you approach.
Dvori quietly slips closer to the front and rubs his hands together, sifting the pinch of sand held there. Holding the spell for a moment, he quickly peeks into the room to try and identify the ideal target - a cluster of foes or a particularly nasty-looking enemy.
Dvori you edge forward through he darkness and can make out the forms of two hobgoblins and what looks like three large wolves waiting in the chamber beyond. They are clearly waiting for something. (Probably waiting for you all to start screaming after triggering their traps). The wolves are clustered together between the two goblins.
Posting intentions: Hitticus Will pull forth his new sword and stride forward ordering Bub to flank one of the hobgoblins with him and attack. Hitticus make an attack at the same hobgoblin.
Hitticus's attack: Attack: 7 Damage: 5
If it hits Bub will infuser Hitticus's strike with 5 fire damage

„I believe these are discussions for another time.“
Alanis interjects gently.
“For now it seems we are all willing to proceed. Carefully and wary of traps, as was very astutely mentioned. Shall we?“
Alanis |lvl 3| |gnome artificer| (Stonebound)
"Yes, let's."
