(When my turn eventually comes I'll move back as far as I can then cast Twinned Spell Haste on Morgan and Fluffy.)
Morisul backed away from the lizards. They just showed up out of nowhere, in the middle of town? Did they come specifically for us or are they just attacking the town? Such brazenness was unheard of here. Either way, time to show off my abilities. He raised his right arm to about eye level and focused on Morgan and Fluffy, then formed the arcane motions of the haste spell, his practiced mind forcing the effect on both of them.
Morgan growls in anger, ripping his greatsword from its sheath. His entire body seems to swell, the intensity of his gray eyes growing fierce. He then swings at the lizardmen, moving to the next if one goes down...
Bonus Action: Rage.
Action Attack. (using great weapon master...)
Attack: 8 Damage: 24 Attack: 19 Damage: 21
Action Surge...
Attack: 18 Damage: 24 Attack: 23 Damage: 27
If the first one he hits is not taken down the below applies to it...
Ancestral ProtectorsXGtE, pg. 10 While raging, the first creature you hit with an attack on your turn has disadvantage on any attack that isn't against you, and when the target hits a creature other than you, that creature has resistance to the damage dealt by the attack.
Also he is attacking recklessly, which I did not specify above, so attacks against him will have advantage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Fluffy will move to one of the lizardmen not engaged by Morgan and attack twice with his short sword: Attack 1: 16 Damage: 9 attack 2: Attack: 22 Damage: 8
The tabaxi will then spend one ki point unleash a Flurry of Blows against the lizardmen: attack 1: Attack: 29 Damage: 10 attack 2: Attack: 27 Damage: 9

second one is dead, all attacks hit the lizard folk and he falls down, arm amputated and bruise marks all around, one left
Standing over the bloody corpses, Morgan wipes the blood from his greatsword, then slams it back home. His gray eyes remain intense as he looks around the room, then he seems to relax, bit by bit, until he sighs and seems to deflate a bit.
"Seems like the lizard king may know of this meeting." Morgan states the obvious, bending down to rifle through the three lizardmen's belongings to see if they have anything of interest on them.
you find 20 gold pieces in each of their pockets and on lizardfolk number 3, strangely a Nolzurs wonderful Pigments. then suddenly a zombie stumbles out of the darkness towards you!!

"Leave your weapons at the ready, there may be more attacking the town. Once we're done here we'll need to move out and look for more lizards. And maybe undead." He didn't cast haste, one of his best spells, for a ten second scuffle with three lizards. A mote of fire appeared in his right hand and he hurled it at the undead. He then send a thought to his owl familiar, ordering it to distract the zombie to help his new allies.
