Everyone except Toni is able to discern that these pirates are in quite a good mood and obviously not here for any hostilities. 

Toni is convinced these guys are gonna be @$$holes but defers to smarter, more observant people as to what to do.

Dani stays to the side watching the group, the suspicion in her eyes being replaced by curiosity.

"Hello everyone!" The captain calls out. "My name is Free Captain Merrill Starworthy. My crew and I have seized this Chelish galleon and were looking to have it squibbed, but it appears that you're currently in the middle of a job. We apologize for the disturbance."

"No problem Captain. The names Captain Thrash myself and we shouldn't be much longer." The lizardfolk says with a tip of his tricorn hat. Thrash stands as tall as possible with his armored jacket parted to reveal his muscular features and multiple weapons. He doesnt try to I intimidate the man or make any hostile movements while trying to present himself as someone you wouldnt want to mess with.

Ashley stares, unblinking, at the situation, as if a new dead body just arrived in the morgue.

"So I take it that the ship outside is yours, Captain Thrash?"

"Sure is." The lizardfolk would say with a sharp toothed grin before gesturing out the nearby viewport. "And I reckon that's yours? Looks mighty impressive." The lizardfolk would say as his tongue moves to suck on a tooth. He would then look towards ashley and motion her over. "Hey, How about you introduce yerself to Captain Starworthy here" He says with a grin. "Captain I'd like ya to meet my first mate Ashley. don't let her fool ya.. if you like yer guts on the inside, I'd treat her nice." Thrash would say with a grin before letting out hiss-like laugh and slapping Ashley on the shoulder. 

(OOC: How many days left till we can leave? Was it 5 total or 10? I don't remember)

Ashley didn't react to the shoulder slap, and after a moment of awkward staring at the other Captain, Ashley finally said, "You're eating too many carbs. Your cholesterol level is quite elevated." in a very doctor like manner.

Toni will look back and forth between the new captain and her friends, “soooo, shall we go get a drink?” She posits expectantly.

"Well I suppose that I could stand to lay off when they bring out the biscuits at those fancy restaurants. Anyway, Captain Thrash, I'd be willing to christen your ship for good luck."

"Yes." Ashley robotically confirms. "In addition to the excessive alcohol you appear to be consuming on a regular basis. Your liver could use a break."

"HA! Sounds good to me." Thrash would say with a grin before giving Ashley a slightly harder slap on the shoulder. "Don't mind her.. You could say medicine is her passion" The lizardfolk would say with a his as he gives his first made a sideways glance. "Lookin at yer latest haul, I think we could all use another drink to celebrate both our recent winnins!" He would add looking from the other captain to Toni.

Ashley looks at Thrash with a confused look, but said nothing.

Toni will lead the charge to the closest bar, happy to find some common ground with this captain who didn’t turn out quite as bad at first meeting as she expected, but what did she know about how good pirates were, anyways?

Captain Merrill follows you all to the bar, treating you all to the best drinks they have (which is really nothing fancy) and regaling you with tales of some of his better raids. It isn't long before he turns to you all and asks. "So what's the story on how you all seized that one?"

Toni chimes in, “Well, after getting press ganged by a semi alright pirate captain, and being in his crew for a while, we took that ship, the captain sent his ******* first mate who intended to try and murder us after we embarrassed him.... he was very bad at fighting... anyways, the captain put that first mate in charge, but since most of the crew were our allies, we had a renegotiation of our positions through aggressive action, then decided it was best that we scrub this ship and head out on our own.... did I get everything?” That last part she would say looking to her friends.
