"So you came here to sell me a mining ship?" The woman says, looking slightly confused.

Dani leans over to get her head in the picture, rolling her eyes. "Yes. Great condition, hardly used, a great asset for anyone way out here who could use another source of income or wants to pick up their own raw materials. You want it or not?"

"Could we take a look at the interior of the ship before we purchase it?"

"Sure thing, long as we can dock and stretch our legs around the station while you're looking at your new acquisition," Dani says with a shrug.

"Yeah, the crews been cooped up for a bit and could use a change of scenery" thrash adds with with an approving nod to Dani. "So who are you anyway? I mean I'm Thrash, captain of The Reclaimer but who are you all? i hope we can get to know eachother while we talk business" Tue lizardfolk adds with a toothy smile.

Ashley is seen off to the side "cleaning" up the dead bodies.

"My name is Lady Agathe Smythe and this is my Chief Security Officer, Royster McCleagh. If you wish to get to know us better, you can join us for dinner in the station. Your ship can remain outside in orbit of the station." Moments later, a shuttle sets out from the station and heads toward the mining ship.

Dani gives the crew a thumbs up out of sight of the comm  link.

Toni cracks her knuckles, “so dinner...then we kill them? Is that what we’re doing?” Toni, and only Toni (Orgoth understands what’s going on) is very confused when it comes to “soft power”, her brain is trying to parse out how the crew will get the station, even though she recognizes that it has VERY BIG guns.

"Maybe we can negotiate some terms with em... convince em to hand the station over to us." Thrash would reply with a grin. "But yeah, otherwise we eat us a nice meal and then bite the head off the snake." He adds with a grin.

Dani rolls her eyes. "Point. We don't have the numbers to hold this place. Until we do some recruiting, or if you think you can intimidate or convince the crew sufficiently to work with us without deserting, we should stick to recon. Then go do some recruiting, pick up another ship for 'sale', and come back and take the station. That way we can actually hold it."

“Ooooh. That makes sense. Ok, let’s learn what we can from the station!” Toni makes a cool rocker face, “This is a space rock station, right up our alley, eh, gin?”

"Oh **** yeah," Gin agrees, throwing her bagpipes to her front and playing a rockin' tune. "Let's do this shit, guys!"

"Sounds good. Let's stick ta talkin and see how it goes. Even if we don't leave with the station, we can hopefully leave with some more creds in our pockets after sellin that ship" Thrash would add with a grin.

After about 30 minutes, the shuttle departs from the mining ship and you get another hail from Lady Smythe. "We accept your ship. A shuttle will come to pick up you and four of your crewmen to dine with us tonight. One of my guards will also be on board with 3,000 credits."

Dani nods. "Cool, see you then." Once they hang up, she curses under her breath, running her hand through her hair. "Ugh, talking. Going to have to wash the grease out of my hair. Always hated doing that for formal dinners."

The shuttle pulls up to your ship and you all enter. Like Agatha said, there is a guard in there with a credstick that has 3,000 credits on it. You fly to the station and the guard then leads you to the dining hall. It's nothing fancy, but it's certainly cozier than any place you've eaten in so far. "Come, sit. Dinner should be served soon." As Lady Smythe speaks, servers are pouring wine into some glasses for you.

Dani did indeed wash the grease out of her hair, but that's about as far as she was willing to go. She takes the credstick and tucks it into a pocket, then sits down at her seat, trying to channel all of her mother's lessons to sit straight-backed and look generally pleasant.

Toni accepts a glass of wine and sits beside Dani, trying to imitate her since she looks like she knows what she’s doing.

Gin watches as Toni mimics Dani, and in turn, she mimics her sister in taking the glass of wine and sitting up straight and proper. She was ready to eat up a storm though.
