"Aye aye, Captain." Dani winks and brings the ship towards the landing pad.

You land near the old fortress and from your position, you can see that the fortress has walls that are 15 feet high, but that it also has sustained significant damage from some old attack. You can also hear the lovely sound of singing coming from a nearby grotto.

Toni feels the air on her skin, taking a deep inhale and releasing her breath. "Alright, crew. Guard the ship while the senior officers explore. Team? Let's check out that pretty music."

Arcade arms all of his weapons, small clicks followed by the low hum and buzz of high-powered firearms getting ready to be fired. He leaves the safety on for the ones not in his hands but does turn off the safety for the ADR. Hearing the singing, Arcade advances, raising his rifle in case the target responsible for the noise is hostile.

Dani's helmet hisses up, and she gives Toni an enthusiastic thumbs up, her flamethrowers and shock gloves powering to life.

Inside the grotto, you find the source of the singing. It's a beautiful fey-like creature with blue skin and is completely naked, save for a shawl and her exceedingly long hair. She is swimming and singing and as you all pull within 30 feet of her, all of you that are attracted to women will need to give me a DC16 Wisdom save or be incapacitated as you are beguiled by this fey woman.

Dani's eyes start to widen, but a large blinking notification appears over her visor. ALERT. MENTAL MANIPULATION DETECTED. ALERT. SNAP THE **** OUT OF IT, DANI. ALERT. Dani shakes her head abruptly. "Knew it was a good call to make those snarky," she mutters before glancing around at the others.

Gin was a sucker for any forms of music, and she was also a sucker for pretty ladies singing too! This was bad!

A recording of Dani bursts over Gin's earpiece. "Gin, if you're getting this message, something's going wrong. So SNAP THE **** OUT OF IT AND FOCUS, GIRL!"

The woman sang, Gin found herself enraptured with her performance. Her pitch was perfect! It almost felt like her voice was wrapping itself around her frame in a warming embrace, drawing her closer--

 "Gin, if you're getting this message, something's going wrong. So SNAP THE **** OUT OF IT AND FOCUS, GIRL!"

The lashunta snaps immediately out of whatever trance the fey creature was putting her into at the sound of Dani's (much appreciated) warning. With a loud exasperated gasp, Gin shouts out. "You are not doing that!" She swings her bag pipes over her hip. "You are totally not doing that! I'm the only one who can try to charm my friends with music! Not you!" She begins (angrily) playing over the siren's song.

 Arcade, less so drawn in by the woman's appearance, feels his sensors grow confused. He can't understand the sensation the music that he is hearing, and what it is doing to him.

With his sensors more attuned to perceive his surroundings, all of Arcade's focus is trapped upon the fey-woman. The confusion melting away to simply watching and perceiving her as his body turns rigid and unmoving.

“Sorry, we’re used to things trying to kill us when they are messing with our heads.” Toni puts the hammer of sebulba back in its loop at her waist. “What’s your name, and can you stop trying to seduce us for a bit?”

Jeff saunters into the grotto a little late, looking around as he dusts off his shoulders and corrects his jacket. Eventually all the commotion draws his attention forward. The man's brows bob as his grin grows. He lets out a low whistle, gaze panning. This is definitely a trap... but would it be so bad to be caught?
