Mardak ponders for a moment "I am not the best in sneaking around so if we can find a good spot where i can sit and observe the area that would be nice" he smiles "I do need to be able to come to aid quickly if needed"
Morgan knows that Dagult Neverember, the previous Open Lord of Waterdeep, was voted out of his position by the Masked Lords due to his alleged crimes. He was accused of embezzlement and murder, although this couldn't be proven. Dagult is now the ruler of Neverwinter, and his son, Renaer remains in Waterdeep. Renaer doesn't follow his Father's foot steps. He doesn't invest his coin as suspicions will arouse due to his name. He doesn't visit the Neverember villa much as the staff are Dagult's spies and he wants nothing to do with it.
The party agree to go to Candle Lane and find the warehouse. After leaving the Skewered Dragon, they'll turn right to traverse down Fillet Lane. They'll then turn left to get onto Zastrow Street, in which lies the Old Xoblob Shop on the corner. They spend about another thirty minutes of walking on Zastrow Street, to get onto the main road, The Way of the Dragon. Their time spent on this road is short however, as Candle Lane is merely a few feet from Zastrow Street.
The time of day is now roughly 3 pm, it's cold and bitter outside but not snowing. The party will reside here for a few hours to let the daylight fade. It is now 8 pm. Gloom envelops the narrow alley and it's as dark as a dungeon — and as odorous as one, too. Nearly all the streetlamps have been smashed. The only light that pierces the darkness is a faint flickering from down the lane, like a distant candle. They move along the alley, and they're able to find that the flickering light is illuminating the warehouse across the street. The warehouse having the black winged snake etched on the door, like what they're expected to find.
While the party waits for night to fall, Rashar will scout out the warehouse. "It'll be some time before it's dark. Does anyone want to come with me?"
He poses as a passerby and approaches the Zhentarim hideout. He slowly circles around the building, noting entrances and exits as well as paths up to the roof. If there are any windows, he inconspicuously peeks inside and searches the interior. The whole time, his military training kicks in as he tries to find anything that will give them an advantage in a fight.

(5 hours is a lot of time. Do you think we should check out the Xoblob Shop while we wait?)
Morgan would not be helping scout, his stealth skills are not that good.
After a long wait, Morgan moves with the others down the lane that is little more than an alley. He frowns as he sees the single light, conveniently lighting the single door they had come to find. His concerns about this being a trap get much stronger at this sight.
"Break it down or try to pick it?" He whispers to the group as he glances to them, then back to the door.
Rashar is able to see the warehouse entrance has a high fenced in yard. The gate has a lock on it. Rashar's able to assess three points of entry. A door, which has the black winged snake. Adjacent to that door, is a wide loading dock door. On the second story, there's a window. Rashar isn't able to see a way to get to the window or to get to the roof.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rashar moves over to the gate. He furtively produces a set of lockpicks and picks the gate lock. If he manages to unlock it, he will keep it closed and return back to the party.

When he returns, he says,"The gate is open. I have a grappling hook, and so I see two options. We can grapple up to the second story window and sneak into the warehouse, or we can bust through the front door. Stealth or Loud. Does anyone have a better idea?"
“Sneaking is not what I do.” Morgan says with a frown. “I can wait until some of you go in through the window if you wish to do that, then I’ll kick in the front door.”
"I'm passable enough to join those sneaking in. May be able to set up a distraction if need be. Plus-" Krivnaar taps his head while smirking. "I can send inaudible messages to avoid detection. Comes in handy when one needs to...procure exculpatory evidence."
Rashar, Krivnaar, and Cath seem eager to infiltrate the warehouse through the window, but Morgan insists on using the front door. What will Mardak and Jarett do?
Rashar can make a Dexterity check to see if he can hurl the Grappling Hook onto the roof.
Rashar is able to stick the landing with the grappling hook and it remains within the gutters firmly. Everyone that plans to climb up the rope will now need to make an Athletics check.
Mardak blows some warm air in his hands as Rashar returns and explains the entrance. "I am not someone that is good in climbing ropes and i am not going to be hoisted up there" said Mardak grinning. "I'll join our big friend here when he opens the door below" and he gives Morgan a nod in agreement.
Rashar nods as he listens to his companions plans. He says to Morgan, Jarret, and Mardak, "We will signal you when it is time to strike. See you on the other side."
He grabs the rope and climbs up to the window before peeking inside the warehouse, searching for threats or things of interest.

From looking into the window, Rashar isn't able to see much beyond crates and boxes littered with junk. No sign of movement, and no noises.
