@Ivanchina, what do you want to know, if you have blindsight and no other mode of sight, you obviously can't be blinded, since you don't rely on sight. Chorust and Green slaad can be blinded, Dagon cannnot.
Dagon cannot move out of the wall cause he is trapped until his turn and he can't roar again, the only legendary action he can take are melee ones and noone is within his reach.
Chorust however will throw out another burst of chaos at Vosiel 37 physchic dmg and another Cha save.
toun's familiar, and top of round 2 fenhorn are up. It is round 2, so Fenhorn will have to roll for a str saving throw vs wind if he already hasn't and a str saving throw vs gravity if he already hasn't.
35 wind str saving throw for chorust, since this happens at the beginning of the round. 50 to see if dagon gets struck by lightning, low numbers bad, 15% chance. 26 lightning strike for green slaad, you can only be affected by 1 terrain at a time, so no wind roll for him. So Chorust is not pushed and none of the enemies are struck by lightning.
(The question about Blindness is. Is Dagon blind? If not he should need to roll or be Blinded even though he will still be able to detect everyone through Blindsight.)
Tuon, Archy's familiar in the form of an owl, dive-bombs Chorust (Help) and flies off (Flyby).
The next attack against Chorust has advantage.
Str save vs. Gravity DC 8: -2
Str save vs. Wind fails DC 17 is greater than 20-4.
Tuon falls and is blown in a random direction: Rolling clockwise like the face of a clock (if a clock had 16 hours) with 16 being north: 4 (East)

No, it's not so obvious: http://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/rules-game-mechanics/8408-blindsight-blinded-immunity. He doesn't rely on sight (or not only because he has eyes no?) in his blindsight radius but can still be blinded because he is not immune. These are raw rules. Since he doesn't have immunity against blinded he could be blinded. At the end, he will use his blindsight inside his radius but outside, he is blinded.

Yes, Dagon is blind. His senses are blindsight 120 and passive perception of 15. He has no darkvision, truesight, or any other mode of sight. He probably doesn't even have eyes, but the author who wrote Dagon doesn't tell us that. According to Inquistivecoder, every monster in the mm that has blindsight and no sight, ie. Dagon is immune to blinded condition, or he should be. The author of this 3rd party monster likely forgot to say that he is immune to blinded condition, but really with no other sight, blinded condition should mean nothing to him.
It does say the 2nd part of the blinded is that attack rolls will have advantage against him. anyway 27 con save against blinded. (for some reason, the Dagon seems to have proficiency in all the saving throws of +8, so even though his con is +8 his saving throw is 16.)

Maybe the author forgot to say it but in any case, there are some effects that give blinded conditions that affect not only the sight but even the mind so not having eyes don't protect them to the blinded condition, such as contagion for example. Look at Onyx post in this case, blindsight is like darkvision, outside the radius a creature cannot see in darkness, such as a creature with blindsight cannot see without the radius if blinded.
Dagon fails the save for the Violet layer of the prismatic wall so I think we should consider him blinded outside his 120ft blindsight radius.
The blinded effect of contagion and the wisdom penalty are two separate effects. A creature immune to blindness is not immune to the disease and its wisdom penalty.
All of us are considered blind outside 120' (and less for most) due to fog.

We are in the middle of a Gas but we are not blinded or we will suffer the penalties of the condition, we have disadvantage on attacking an enemy above 30ft but we are not affected by the blinded condition. If we give immunity to a condition that is not stated we are against raw rules, that's the point. You are considering contagion as a two-part spell but its not. The spell gives all those conditions acting on both the sight and the mind of the creature.
"A heavily obscured area--such as darkness, opaque fog, or dense foliage--blocks vision entirely. A creature effectively suffers from the blinded condition when trying to see something in that area.
The presence or absence of light in an environment creates three categories of illumination: bright light, dim light, and darkness."
And on Jupiter there is something different from the conditions you mentioned since the 'only' downside is what stated (disadvantage above 30ft), by the way, it seems that we disagree on blinded/blindsight condition fo Dagon, anyway, I hope that when we will fight official monsters with blindsight, with eyes and without immunity to blinded condition they will suffer for blinded condition if its the case outside their blindsight radius.
Heavy winds is before your turn, so let's see which way you blow then resolve your actions. 3 direction, 1 for north, 2 for south, 3 for east, 4 for west. Though for those who want to roll themselvs and add diagnols go ahead, I just do the 4 directions.
East, so you are just further away from chorust.
anyway, you forgot to roll at disadvantage 89, even if you weren't you definitely are now. Your modifier is +14, so I just rolled 8 d20s all at once, as I can see and you have to hit ac 18, so any 4's and up is still a hit.
okay, so only 1 miss, as attack number 3 on the action surge missed. But he pops 7 arrows into chorust. (151 dmg he dealt to him) (308 dmg on chorust, 145 on Dagon, 0 on green slaad) end of fenhorns resolve.
Dagon's Lair action: a steam vent will pop out, getting Aeotoris. 5 foot radius, reaches 20 feet high, it will do so without targetting the green slaad. you take 28 fire dmg, dex save of 15 for half
aeotoris is up I need a dex save 15 against the lair dmg, a con save 17 against the dagons roar on the previous page if you haven't already rolled that, or become defeaned and stunned until end of next turn. And a str save dc 17 or be pushed in a random direction, you may roll the direction. Don't roll for gravity if your str saving throw can pass with a 1, as there are no crit failures for saving throws in 5e.
okay, fixing the dmg on Chorust and Aeotoris is stunned, and he took half as he makes his dex save, unless he has an ability to let him take none. Vosiel made both of his saves so.. (317 dmg on Chorust, 145 on Dagon and 0 on green slaad, 14 dmg on Aeotoris, 33 dmg on Vosiel)
Chorust is up He regenerates 20 Hp on his turn (297 dmg on him) He moves to vosiel, with one bite and two claw attacks, bite 18 claw 18 and 2nd claw 30 all to hit. If bit, 27 if clawed, 22, if clawed on 2nd claw 16
He will then hit vosiel using his slaad, lord of randomness ability...51 you are subject to wand of wonder effects. 51, vosiel has been enlarged. (can't seem to get the enlarge spell link to work. Anyway, you are big and your attacks add 1d4 dmg, and advantage on str checks0
I forgot, green slaad was suppose to act on Chorust turn also, lets see if chorust recharges his ability to summon more slaad 3 on a 6.
one bite and two staff hits at aeotoris, he would have advantage as Aeotoris is stunned. bite 19 Damage: 10
staff Attack: 10 Damage: 10
2nd staff attack Attack: 23 Damage: 8
also brundir if you haven't already rolled it, you have to a make a con save vs the Dagons roar that was done on the previous page, if you have just let me know where, it can be hard keeping track of 5 players, I'm just trying to keep track of my monsters. oh and a str vs wind, unless you already did that too and a str vs gravity if your saving throw is less than 8.
