With the guards dispatched, the way to the control center is now clear. As you approach the solid blast door, a nervous voice crackles through the comm on the door. "Theta squad! This is the control room! What's going on out there! Report!"
Jin walks over to the comm. "Control room, we took out the rebels, but we've got some serious casualties, and we don't know how many more there are! Permission to bring the wounded into the control room while we secure the rest of the base?"
"Sure." Tendaar kneeled down beside the door and attached his datapad next to the console. However, midway though the job, he heard a blast on the other side of the door and the door controls died. "Darn imps, they blasted the controls. Door is no go unless you lot got a blowtorch."
Arkhan shakes his head, “guess we’ll have to find an alternate route of entrance.” Before waiting for a more agile compatriot Arkhan pops open an air duct and tries to climb through, his hair quickly getting tangled in the ductwork until...
”oomph! *sighs* I’m stuck.” His legs loosely dangling out of the duct.

Tendaar, seeing their commander stuck, sighs and jumps up to hug Arkhan's legs, for a moment he is stuck up in the air, dangling and flaying about as he pulls on him, before suddenly he pops out and he falls down with him.
Pushing your way into the control center, blasters drawn, you find yourself in a room full of computer screens and startled operators. When they see your weapons, they raise their hands in surrender. Sweeping the room, you see various lesser officers, but no lieutenant. You cautiously pick your way through the room, taking the officers' sidearms and looking for where the commanding officer might have gone. As you take one officer's pistol, he shudders slightly, and his eyes flick instinctively to the large desk in the corner of the room. Moving to the desk, you and your comrades shove it aside, revealing a loose panel—and beneath that, a tunnel that leads into the ground beneath the base. The long, narrow path extends into the darkness in the direction of the garage. You wheel on the surrendering officers. Before you can even raise your voice in anger, one of them shudders again, and blurts out a confession:
"Lieutenant Sarev's headed to the comm station a few clicks from here! He's probably sending a message to the Moff that Whisper Base has fallen!"
The other officers in the room turn to look darkly at the man who snapped. You'll need to intercept Lieutenant Sarev before he can report in!
