As the party walks toward the front of the building, Vothrolo says "Why don't we get lunch at the Crowing Rooster, and then we can head back to Mercer's Tavern where we can plan our next steps."
OOC if you want to do any roleplaying at lunch, feel free to do so. Otherwise, I have no trouble with skipping ahead to the evening.
Quin keeps to himself at lunch. His experience with the ghost still has him a bit off balance. Though he feels like he should have been more put off by the communication with the undead when instead he feels more intrigued.
Balthazar eagerly takes lunch with Vothrolo, discussing the ghosts and almost theatrical wall-carvings revealed during their delve. What tremendous insights might be gleaned from even the most casual of details!
Lorgar grobels down his food and a pint of ale with truly tremendous speed, and is done almost as soon as he was served. As he is finished with his meal well before anyone else he discloses: "I will just drop by the church for a moment to say goodbye. I won't take long. Maybe we should also stop by that knight we talked about before we go to Mercers? I'll be back shortly."
Lukas has his lunch, but feels annoyed with himself. how is it that goblins he remembers to kill with a sword, but forgets to use a crossbow on stirges?! ugh, he hopes he can learn magic that prevents him forgetting important details like THAT.
Quiller will chow down as well, then he will see what he can do about determining if the dagger has any 'special' qualities, other than really, really nice. He will ask Mercer if he knows of any one who might help with his task.

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
Lorgar returns to the tavern shortly, breathing somewhat heavy from the near running pace he adopted to not keep his companions waiting for long. "So, all finished and ready to go? " He sits back at the table and continues in a somewhat hushed voice: "Can we also please stop by Junkar Hannom shortly on our way out? Teh-Koh suggested we should let him know about the goblins, and there is still the matter of the horse thieves and our two lovely former employers that he might know a thing or two about."
There are no merchants in Springholde. The bartender tells Davril that there is a market every 10 day, but, the most expensive items for sale cost 1 or 2 silver pieces.
Vothrolo enjoys the conversation with Balthazar, adding “I wish I’d had more time to listen to the ghosts. I have a feeling we’ve been mispronouncing some of the Kwalmendi words when we read what little writing of theirs that we have. I have a solid understanding of the written language, but, I could only understand a word here and there when the ghosts we’re speaking. I’d love to know how Quin was able to understand them.”
By the time the group is finished eating lunch and waiting for Davril’s return, Quiller realizes that his dagger is indeed magical. But, he hasn’t been able to find any other abilities to it other than it is incredibly sharp and well-balanced (ooc it is a +1 dagger).
"I'm not sure how I understood them myself. I wish I could tell you more." Quin responds to Vothrolo's statement. "I do know I ready to go when everyone else is."
Davril returns with the bad news, "Appears we'll have to wait until we reach a larger town to sell off the rest of this, it would be a good opportunity to stock up on a few other things we might need as well. Do we know where we're headed next yet?"
"Once again, please let's stop by Junkar Hannom to see if he knows something about those two miscreants that attempted to frame us at the border. They were the ones with the kwalmedi artifact in the first place, so that surely interests Vothrolo. The Junkar also.needs to.be warned about the goblins. It won't take long. His place is hardly more than a stone throw away."
"His house is on the same plaza as the church, come on." Says Lorgar in an excited voice as he nids to Quin, glad that someone in the group hears him atleast.
"Vothrolo, do you wish to acompany us?" he ads, almost as if in aftergthought. He wastes no more time and continues to the Junkar, without looking who followed him or not.

i don't know, where the scholar goes is her business, i was hired to guard her."
"Not quite." Quin answers Davril. Vothrolo mentioned going to Mercers to figure out exactly that. So if every one is finished lets go there now."
Quin looks around the table as he stands. He waits until each memeber of the group stands before leaving the Rooster and heading over to Mercers.
