We we in a small logging suburb of the town, my master helped to defeat them, even though he died of his wounds. I will enjoy seeing the town again, but it is sad to me as well, many bittersweet memories there.” Hifu seems to be much older (and he is currently) than his years. “Sorry to trouble you with my thoughts. I just look forward to hitting the road together. Where is that Nyx? Maybe she can make the Gilgin on my chest again!” Hifu forces a weak smile and tries to put on a happy face.
"I would love to have an Axebeak, ... but too expensive. That sounds good James, it will make the journey faster. Let's head out." Hifu is looking forward to being on the road.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
The next morning you get up early, James gets his dogs ready and Nyx says her goodbyes. You start on your journey just as the twilight starts. Hifu knows the way and leads you towards Lonelywood. After an hour of traveling the weather starts to turn, an you all recognise that a blizzard is fast aproaching. You are halfway between the two villages, what do you do.
Nyx shivers a bit, despite her best efforts to keep herself and others somewhat warm through her magic.
"Should we head back? This is pretty rough.. but then again we won't know when the weather changes. I can continue if you can of course - I'm sitting on the sled."
Kravek will move to the front of the group staying close to the others taking out his shield as well to form a bit of a wall for some of the wind to give the others some shelter walking behind him.
Perhaps the sled should move forward, we are slowing it down as it waits for us that are walking. I will continue walking, those who might need it can go ahead to find shelter quicker.
His voice almost shouting to make sure he is heard over the ever louder howling of the wind.
Gilgins teeth chatter as he nods, “Aye, James, you take Nyx ahead. The three of us will just have to push on.”
Gilgin grabs Hifus arm smiling at him, “We’re gonna make it through this, show the big guy what we’re made of!” He helps Hifu along, huddling close for warmth and hispering his words of guidance
Gilgin, you try to concentrate on your support, but the icy cold and the cuting wind send uncontrolable shivers down your spine and you can not keep up your divine conection.
(OOC: you need to make a constitution saves every 6 seconds to keep concentrating on spells.)
Hifu wraps his cold weather gear a little tighter and says “C’mon, let’s try to make it, only a little further. We need to get to town, we can’t get caught out here in this mess!”
While James gets his dogs ready, Gilgin pops hos head into the kitchen “Nyx, ya coming? We’re going to hunt a moose and see Hifus papa!”
He turns to Hifu as they head out, “ You sure you’ll be ok seeing your old pa?”

Nyx is just about done with the morning shift and ready to go.
"Hunt moose?! Sounds exciting and dangerous! Give me a minute, I'll be right out."
She well get dressed and grab her pack and is ready in about 5 minutes than 1, but still.
Once the group has gathered to leave, James offers his sled.
"I can carry everyone's gear and maybe fit Nyx or Gilgin, or both of you can ride together and everyone carries their own gear."
"We can also take turns if you like, Nyx and Gilgin, then Hifu, then Kravek, and keep rotating, whatever makes the journey easier."

The way way is clearly marked by the edge of the forrest to your right, it is nearly imposible to get lost while following this road.

James decides to use his mind rather than fight the wind, reaching out to his friends.
"First, there is no way I'm leaving any of my friends to fend for themselves in this weather."
"Secondly, this weather is slowing my sled enough, I'm not sure I could get ahead by much anyway."
James looks around at the groups surroundings,
"Do we want to try building a shelter out of snow?"
James points at the trees,
"We could try and settle in under the trees, build up some walls of snow, try and wait for the worst of it to pass."
