"Where do we find Grum'shar?"

Aimee pokes around the dead guy.

Investigation: 11

“There’s a hallway to the right in the bedroom there. Follow it, if ye got a deathwish.” 

Checking the dwarfs body, she recognises it from books she has read, to be a subrace of dwarf from the underdark called Duergar. It carries a war pick and three javelins, and wears scale mail and a shield. It also has a money pouch containing 10 shards and 3 nibs.

"Hey! This guy is a duergar!  He's got stuff too! Do we take the stuff Lyss?"

"Just a moment, dear. You say if we've a death wish... because of the ooze, or because Grumblelumps isn't very nice?"

“Do you even know who you are starting trouble with?” He cackles “The Xanathar’s have eyes all over this city, even if you overpower Grum’shar, you’ll never be safe.”

"We're just trying to get Floon back!"

“Your Floon is now the property of the Xanathars Guild, and they don’t like to share . Maybe the boss would do ye a trade though, one pretty boy for another. Now, yous lot heard enough from me? I’ll be in as much trouble as you when they find out I helped ye, so I’m gonna need every second to hightail it out of town.” 

"Ya! Let's get Floon!"

Renaer nods at Aimee, “Agreed, what should we do with this scallywag then?”

Lyss shrugs.

"He's been mostly helpful. "

"Blast him? Wait! There's the ooze! Never seen anything get eaten by an ooze! Or we can let him go! Or we can take all his stuff and let him go! Or we can take his stuff and feed him to the ooze! So many options!"

Aimee takes the duergar's stuff unless stopped.

“No..... no please!” the tatooed man begs Aimee, tears forming in his bloodshot eyes. “I told you what you wanted!”

(Will Aimee start making any preparations for her plans, or are they just suggestions?) 

Renaer stares at Aimee in disbelief, his mouth agape.

"I'm sure he'll be real quiet and well behaved from here on out, I'm sure we can let him go and trust his discretion." 

Renaer nods and gets off of the man, who scrambles out towards the exit. “Now you forget you saw me, and stay away from the Boss’s guest. That slimy bastards got a way of getting in yer head.” He shouts back. 

Renaer looks through the doorway to the conjoining bedroom, turning back to address the room. “So, I guess we should head on then. Floon awaits. That ooze isn’t moving to fast, but it is moving, and I wouldn’t suggest getting caught by it. Any suggestions?”

(If anybody looks, the ooze is at the far left corner of the room ,about 30ft from the door you are at. Your hallway is about 15 feet ahead and to the right. It is about the size of an adult human and a grey amorphous, oozing blob.)

((They were just suggestions.))

Aimee waves happily as the guy runs away.

"He seemed nice!"

Aimee then looks at the blob. Does it look like it's eaten anything lately? Anything fun floating in it?

Perception:19

Not seeing anything interesting she suggests,

"To Floon!"

Aimee, looking at the ooze, though you can’t tell much of what it’s eaten, it does seem to be moving, if slowly towards you. 

(Are you continuing on to the hallway to the right? Who’s leading the way? Is Kerri still concentrating on dancing lights? Is Lyss stil holding the hooded lantern? It is very dark.)

((Lyss has mostly hooded lantern in one hand, dagger in the other for now, shortbow stowed.))

"Not to be gross... but should we nudge this guy into the ooze?"

Aimee, standing over the dead dwarf will all his stuff, says,

"Yes! That would be amazing!"

She starts trying to roll the guy over.
