Thodek, Nicholas, Voyage, and Rian are all now headed to the edges of the dock, searching for a serviceable boat.
Thodek Investigation w/ Advantage: 8
Searching the small harbor, the best boat you find is one similar looking to the original one you came to Sloobludop in. It is about 10 feet wide and 20 feet long, looking like a canoe.
At this point, the Demogorgon has begun to approach Sloobludop, trudging through the waters of the Darklake. Syvis and Derendil are both still frozen in place, Derendil near the altar and Syvis on a nearby roof.

Thodek pushes Nicholas into the boat, "Voyage, keep them here, I'll go back for the others." And he'll race as quick as he can back for Syvis and Derendil (in that order if he can't get both), praying to Moradin for his aid as he drags them to the boat as well. Guidance athletics 6 + 2

Voyage nods gravely to Thodek, and watches the others as she tries and prepare the ship to launch out as quickly as possible when Thodek and Jimjar arrive back with anyone else who could be saved.

Voyage. You are able to figure out how to captain the ship, but come to the realization it will take the rowing of at least 4 people to get the boat moving.
Thodek Athletics to climb the building: 7 + 1. Try as you might, the building Syvis stands on is just too slippery for you to find traction and Derendil doesn’t budge when you try to push him towards the boat, his face frozen in fear.
At this point, the Demogorgon is ~200 feet away from the docks, and is approaching quickly. Let’s say about 2 minutes of the 7 minutes of madness have gone by.
Voyage and Nicholas, What would you like to do? Thodek may also attempt another check to either climb the building or drag someone towards the boat.
Thodek. You climb, this time guided by divine power, and are just able to scramble up onto the roof. Nicholas is able to regain his sense and dashes towards Derendil. With the adrenaline pumping through your veins, you drag the hulking Quaggoth almost to the boat (~10 feet) before your muscles give out.
Thodek. Now that you are on the roof, what would you like to do? Syvis stands, frozen in fear, crouching by the edge. Voyage. Nicholas will most likely be needing help to pull Derendil. Either you make an Athletics check, or help Nicholas because his Athletics check are now made with disadvantage.

Voyage carefully makes sure Rian is in the boat, then she rushes to help Nicholas pull Derendil to the boat. She makes the quick calculations in her head as she runs, looking back at the safe. Gods! I only hope there's time to get the mushroom child before this goes to shite any further."
Athletics check: 3 (our bonuses are the same, so it should wash out.)
Voyage hops off of the vessel and quickly helps Nicholas bring Derendil’s rigid body onto the boat.
Thodek grabs Syvis and pushes her lithe figure off of the roof before jumping himself. (Thodek Acrobatics: 15) Thodek is able to land on his feet, taking no fall damage while Syvis takes 1 bludgeoning damage and falls prone. Syvis. The first thing you feel is a pain that shoots through your body as you come to, the last thing you remember, staring at the horrible Demogorgon on top of the roof. You may now take actions.
Suddenly, a horrible ear piercing growl permeates your minds. “Do not resist, puny underlings.” Says a deep voice. “Your salvation has come, accept it with open arms.” The Demogorgon has reached Sloobludop!
Roll Initiative! Syvis and Thodek are both ~30 feet away from the boat where Nicholas and Voyage stand with a paralyzed Rian and Derendil.
At this point, some of the Kuo Toa have broken free from their trance. Some run around, gurgling screams of fear while other began to grovel, still chanting “Leemooggoogoon!”

Syvis stands, holding the shoulder that she fell on. She takes in the scene and yells to Voyage, "Slap them out of it! We'll need their help to row!" And she grabs Thodek's shoulder and begins to run toward the boat.
Movement can get sorted in initiative order but her plan is to get to the boat and start rowing ASAP.
Voyage will use her movement and bonus action to Dash towards the far end of the docks. She uses her action to cast Thaumaturgy and make her voice boom loudly. "HEY! SHUSHAAR, STOOL, TWINS! WE NEED TO GO! NOW!!!" She yells at the top of her lungs in hopes that they all can hear her.
Syvis uses her movement to get to the boat and dual wields open-handed slaps to the faces of Rian and Derendil to try to bring them around as she climbs aboard.
Athletics check to drag Rian: 16
