Shad knots the rope around his waist. "Thank you for the guidance," he says. He will begin to make his way out onto the icy bridge. He is curious, but moves carefully.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Here is a Dex saving throw for Shad with advantage because of the rope: 24. Here is the influence of the Guidance: 3. He moves slowly, staying low, perhaps crawling.
At first, Shad stumbles and falls over the side of the bridge. However, the rope restrains him, and he is able to climb back up to the bridge and continue making his way across.

Qinfaren takes in a sharp breath when Shad stumbles and starts over the edge of the bridge but then lets out a relieved laugh when the rope catches him and he climbs back up.
"If there's any where on that side to tie off the rope that might help your less graceful companion here," Qinfaren says as he looks down at his own big feet.
Qinfaren suggests the others go first and he can cast Guidance on each of them before they cross, then he can cast it on himself and be the last one over.
Crossing Roll (adv w/ rope): 2 plus 3 if straight Dex or plus 4 if Athletics, plus Guidance of 1

(Let's resolve that first before I roll)
As for Shad, Arogna is holding on to the end of the rope while Qinfaren crosses. "You go on. You'll be all right. 'S just like crossin' a log over a stream, right?" she says a little nervously.
He'll get out his own rope out of his pack and try to toss it back to the others so that we have two lines. He searches for ways to tie the ropes to the his side, including shooting crossbow bolts into the ice or pounding daggers. Similarly, if there is a large stone he can loop the rope around, he'll do that.
Here is an Acrobatics check for tossing the second rope back: 24 and a Perception check for identifying ways to connect the ropes on his side: 13
Qinfaren makes his attempt to cross the bridge. However, he looses his balance and slips off the bridge. He makes an attempt to grasp the rope in his hand but he fails to hold on. He falls onto the frozen water below the bridge.
(Qinfaren takes: 7 bludgeoning damage.)

Shad takes the same actions described in post 3412 but with the intention of getting a rope to Qinfaren so he can climb up to the same end of the bridge where Shad stands.
He will also watch their surroundings generally, hoping the sounds of their efforts haven't disturbed anyone or thing: 17
(I assumed the rope was tied around Qinfaren's waist like it was for Shad. The Str check earlier was for Arogna to stop his fall, or else go over the edge as well)
Qinfaren looks around and realises that he is now standing just a hundred feet from where they were just yesterday. He can see the edge of the frozen waterfall where the water serpent was fought in a battle.
He then turns his attention to the rope and climbs back up to the bridge on the other side next to Bjorn and Shad. Leaving only Arogna left to make her way across the bridge.

In the darkness of the night, Bjorn can't help but feel as if a presence is watching them from the darkness. However, he fails to see anything.
You all get a good night's sleep.

Qinfaren yawns, his mouth opening as wide as it possibly can and he stretches his arms and bends at his hips a few times.
"Sleeping on ice rock isn't quite as nice as thick grass in the warm sun," Qinfaren says. "But at least there were no attacks from large wolves."
He sees Shad getting ready to cross the bridge. Qinfaren reaches over and touches the cleric on the shoulder.
"Step safely," Qinfaren says as a little bit of warmth spreads from the druid's hand into Shad's shoulder.
Casts: Guidance
"But, let's tie some rope to you just in case," he says as he fishes some rope out of his pack.
Shad knots the rope around his waist. "Thank you for the guidance," he says. He will begin to make his way out onto the icy bridge. He is curious, but moves carefully.

Arogna will help hang onto the end of the rope, wrapping it around her forearm and sitting down on the rock. "Yeah, go easy."
Here is a Dex saving throw for Shad with advantage because of the rope: 24. Here is the influence of the Guidance: 3. He moves slowly, staying low, perhaps crawling.

Str check: 13
(Okay, so if Qinfaren goes before Arogna, then she can't have the benefit of Guidance as it is a concentration spell that requires touch.)
Bjorn accepts the casting from Qinfaren, before he makes his attempt to cross the bridge after Shad.
(Athletics: 18)
(Guidance: 4)
Bjorn manages to cross with some difficulty.

Qinfaren sits on the ice for a moment and looks back up at the bridge. Then he nods his head and smiles.
"Really slick was an understatement, Shad," Qinfaren calls up.
He then looks around to see what's down here before making his way over to the rope Shad has lowered.
Perception: 9
If he doesn't spot anything worth investigating, he makes his way to the rope dangling against the rock face and uses it to help himself climb up.
Athletics (if needed): 6 (and second roll if advantage from rope: 5 )

Athletics 18
Arogna hangs on to whatever ropes are available as she crosses the bridge, planting her feet carefully. "Keep your eyes open," she calls.
Arogna makes the crossing of the icy bridge look easy. as she safely crosses to the other side.
