Shad is torn between continuing to run and trying to help his friends some way. He'll move back, just close enough to the witch, the skeleton, and his friends to cast Bless on Qinfaren, Arogna, and Bjorn (assuming Bjorn is still standing).
"Shad! Bjorn! C'mon! We gotta get outa here! Back to the boat!" Arogna calls. She races through the tunnel. "This way! Follow me!"
Action dash - Arogna remembers the way back to the ice bridge with her Wanderer ability. If she reaches it this turn, she will check the rope is in place.
Qinfaren sees Bjorn take the axe hit and keep going. He cups his free hand together, and blows into it, ice forming almost instantly, as the shard grows, he hefts it up and throws it at the witch. As soon as it leaves his hand, he turns and keeps moving after Arogna.
Action - Casts Ice Knife Attack: 13 Damage: 7 and then the shard explodes - DC 14 Dex check or witch (and giant if within 5' of witch) takes 6 cold damage.

Shad sees the witch and skeleton charging toward him and his friends. He remembers the skeleton's chilling stare, but also that the witch has been successfully attacked before. He'll cast Guiding Bolt at the witch: 13 to hit, for 14 damage.
He then moves thirty feet farther away, still keeping his friends in sight.
(The witch still needs to make the DC14 Dex Save or take 6 cold damage when the ice knife explodes beside her - unless she's immune to cold - plus the giant if it was within 5' of the witch)
Arogna looks worriedly back over her shoulder. "C'mon! Step it up! They comin', Qinfaren? I ain't got the hands to carry all a us." She keeps running towards the way out. (Action Dash)

The skeleton continues to advance on you but waits to see what happens next. His great axe resting on its shoulders, ready to swing.
The witch then moves closer, "No, I'm not letting you leave."
Then Shad regains consciousness, and Arogna can put him down.

Shad will take the Dash action away from the witch, the ball of lightning, and the skeleton. This should move him 60 ft.
He watches for his friends, not wanting to leave them behind.

You all move out of the reach of the held attacks of your foes.
However, the sphere catches up with Arogna and shocks her with its lightning.
(Attack: 5 Damage: 6 lighting damage.
Bjorn then fires an arrow at the sphere and orders Blue to attack it.
(Attack: 21 Damage: 8 piercing damage.)
Blue flies over to bite the sphere.
(Attack: 23 Damage: 4 piercing damage + 2)
The sphere then falls to the floor in a puff of sparks leaving just the skeleton and the witch.

With the sphere down, Qinfaren tosses a hand towards Arogna, saying "sanitatem verbo" as he does.
Qinfaren shouts at the witch, "this won't end well for you."
But he follows after the others as the move back into the tunnels to regroup.
Bonus Action - Cast Healing Word on Arogna: 8 HP
The skeleton marches forward and swings at Bjorn with its greataxe.
(Attack: 15 Damage: 24 slashing damage.)
It then uses the swing's motion to bring it back around again.

The witch follows up the assault on Bjorn with her own attack.

As you all make your way to the northern exit, Bjorn replies to Arogna, "Right! Come on Blue!"
He then sizes up the frost giant skeleton and decides that only one course of action exists. He then turns around and begins to run away.
(Bjorn takes Dash action triggering opportunity attacks from the skeleton and witch.)
With Bjorn turning his back on them, the frost giant skeleton attacks with his great axe and the witch attacks with her claws.
