Used navigating the ocean, Ritha quickly finds Xerrinos and grapples him, locking her hands under his armpits and hauling him back towards the ladder on the boat. As they break the surface, she yells, "Climb up! Quickly now!" Ritha takes her own advice, moving as far back onto the ship's deck as she is able to, after her swim.
(if Xerrinos really wants to oppose this check, uh, you can, Ritha rolled a 10 on Athletics. I suggest that you do not! XD)

Initiative: 14
Seeing the chaos unfold on deck, Kassiopeia gets the rope from her backpack and ties it around the mast and the other end around her waist in the hopes that this will keep her save from falling overboard or being snatched away. (I assume that will be free action and action for the turn)
BA cast spiritual weapon and attack the closest Harpy:
(Does the disadvantage count for spiritual weapons too?)

Xerronios, drowing, initiative 11
As he plunges into the water, he wonders at the value his immersion has for fate and sends a quick prayer to Klothys that she might aid him in aiding her.
Though what she might want with such a clumsy leonine, who can say.
However, he struggles to reach the surface, knowing one of his companions will come to assist, or throw a rope or something. Just then, he feels the strong arms of a Triton, most likely Ritha, and he relaxes in her grip knowing this is the best way to help her help him. As they break the surface, he hears her instructions and sees the rope ladder and makes a grab for it. He climbs to the top and pulls himself over, looking at the scene.
if needed: Athletics: 13+2
ooc: Hopefully that's enough
Grabbing the ladder, the bard pulls himself up it. He wants to help Ritha but knows that for the foolishness it is. She can easily survive in the water until she gets a handle on the rope and the crew and their companions could use his aid against the harpies he'd glimpsed before he missed his grip.

Io Rushes over to Ethan as the Harpy flies off, but is able to catch it in time to hit it with a swirling mass of spiritual blades. The harpy falls. Seeing yet another in the clouds swirling around he causes a bell to toll... Harpy save: 1
Ritha and Xerronios Easily make it back to the boat and climb up onto the deck, using the latter. You can both act normally next round.
Kassiopeia Yes disadvantage affects spiritual weapons as well. Kassiopeia quickly ties herself to the mast, then summons a spiritual weapon to attempt to strike the fleeting form of a harpy in the storm clouds around them. The attack misses though as the swirling wind and clouds makes it hard to spot the targets easily.
Kanlos Working to carefully aim at a fleeting form, Kanlos is taken off guard with a sudden dropping of the ship as it starts down a steep wave. He loses his balance and his shot nearly hits the sailor in the harpy's hands, though it misses.
Harpies... (The way I am working this is there are seven harpies that come at the ship each round. You diminish this when you take one out, and injuries from previous rounds are on the harpies that come the next round. The number of harpies is decreased every time you take one out. Io took one out now, so there will only be six coming at the ship this next round. This way, if you take out seven harpies in total, then you have 0 harpies coming the following round, and the ship exits the storm. If ten rounds happen, then you exit the storm anyway.)

2 more sailors are grabbed from the rigging and are being towed off into the storm clouds. Misty takes an attack of opportunity on the one that tried to grab her... She barely manages to connect, but leaves a deep puncture in the harpy's side.
Back to the group. I am not really using initiative order for this one, just using your posts. If you would rather I do it by initiative, then I can do so, since you already rolled them. Let me know.

((honestly, I'm fine with doing it by posts this time around. Personally I think it would be fastest if you rolled initiative for us but that's just my own opinion.))
Seeing a sailor being towed off, Io resolves to put that Harpy down before it can fly off to a lethal height. Hopefully the fall only hurts the sailor and doesn't do any serious damage... He sends this three sickles spinning towards one of the harpies that is carrying a sailor. He then follows up with another ominous ringing of death's bells.
BA: Spiritual Weapon Vs Harpy4: 22 (Dis: 11) Dmg: 8 Force Action: Toll the Dead Vs Harpy 4: WIS 14 or take 8 Necrotic (3 If undamaged).
Reaper: If another harpy is within 5ft of Harpy4, it is also effected by Toll The Dead.
Moving to the center of the ship to avoid being knocked over the side again, Xerronios picks one of the incoming harpies and says This is all pretty funny, yes?"
ooc: Specifically targeting one of the harpies still over water. DC 14 WIS save.
(If „by post“ means each of us makes a post and then the turn is resolved, that is fine with me too ... I must have misread you asking for the initiative)

Io Has his shards move to strike at harpy 4, but they miss in the swirling clouds and wind. The harpy also seems to have no issues ignoring the tolling of the bell Io then makes.
Xerronios The harpy you catch sight of also ignores your spell. (Rolled a nat 20.)
Ritha Sends a bolt into one of the wounded harpies, dropping them into the sea.
Kanlos Drops a harpy with a sailor in tow,the harpy was the second one already wounded. The sailor lands in the sea, unhurt.
Kassiopeia Drops an uninjured harpy with her spiritual weapon, then causes another to screetch in pain as a bell tolls near them.

I feel like I forgot to roll initiative? If I did, here's another: Ritha - 9
Kanlos steadies himself on the rocking ship again and aims at one of the harpies who is trying to make off with a crewman.
Steady aim to cancel disadvantage, still a nat 1.
((Yeah forgot to roll initiative as well. Here: 9 ))

Ritha pulls out her crossbow and takes aim at one of the harpies approaching:
Attack (with disadvantage and bless): 13
Damage: 7
Kanlos takes another steadied shot at a harpy with a soldier, but the storm is really throwing off his aim.
(I'm assuming that 11 doesn't hit. Adding forgotten bless: 4)
(Kanlos, you're blessed, so you can add a d4 to your attack roll)
Just waiting on Kassiopeia.
Kassiopeia will join Io‘s effort to bring down Harpy4
BA: spiritual weapon: 20 - potential damage: 11
A: sacred flame - DEX save (DC 14) - potential damage: 6
Apart from that will Kassiopeia stay near the mast she has tied herself to and tie another rope to it as a means for others to hold on to.

(With my missed bless the attack becomes a 15, if it hits, 6 dmg + 8 if sneak attack applies from the gripped sailor.)
