As the group makes their way across the beach, heading towards the reefs ahead, Windlass and Io both manage to step on a loose piece of ship hull under the sand, and the wood lets out a loud crunch. Almost immediately you would notice 5 of the undead turning towards the sound and start heading in your direction. As you are out on the open beach now, it is fairly clear the undead do see you now. They are 150 feet away at this point. Please roll initiative. If you wish to continue towards the reef we will do this as a chase.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
“Grrr, where is that damnable bird?” Livilias hisses to himself as he joins the others rushing towards the caves. “Nnnnnhhhhhhthpt! Fizzlesticks!” He growls and shouts, turning to unleash a Fire Bolt at any undead within range…
((I think distance was stated as 150? But map wise looks more like 100-120? If over 120 then they are out of range… same course of action but spells automatically falls short…))
Kanlos Sends an arrow at one of the undead, but misses.
Livilias Sends a blast of fire at the undead, but it fizzles out before it reaches them. (Using diagonal rule where every-other is 10 feet, so it is right around 150 feet.)
Xerronios Sends an arrow at the closest undead, but, due to distance, it misses. (I rolled a second attack to make up for your disadvantage due to distance.)
Io As with other items, the chill touch fizzles out, as the distance is simply too great.
dr5 Dashes towards you.
Windlass is now up. I did not move anyone who did not state they were moving. If you planned a move this round, then let me know and I can adjust the map.

ooc: Not sure where the caves are in relation to the map so please move him accordingly.
