Livilias follows, of course! These are his friends now. More importantly, hopefully a way off this accursed island eventually. Livilias will stay with the main group, preferring to not be at the front of the hand to hand nonsense... But Owlie will stay high aloft and alert, always scouting ahead.
Luckily for the group, these are simple zombies you are following. A few noises don't have them turning around to investigate. They are heading North and are only caring about things ahead of them, their undead minds not able to consider more than that.
As you move onward, you pass the place the newcomers to the group used as their lair during the last weeks. Moving on North you pass a few more, less stable-looking wrecks, and then are getting closer to the passage that leads inland. as you get nearer to this passage, you spot more undead standing around that cleff in the wall of stone. You would recognize these undead easily, as they are more of the drowned blades you faced just the previous day.
You spot only two undead guarding the pass towards the center of th eisland.
The reef does appear climbable, though it is quite high and filled with many cave entrances. It would be quite difficult to climb it, and, likely have many obsticles to get through in order to get closer to the middle of the island. You would realize it would likely be more dangerous to try that route than to simply deal with the undead at the pass entrance.
Kanlos reports back to the others with what he saw, "I think our best option is a quick attack, destroy the two undead and move through quickly before reinforcements arrive."
"Friends, friends... So quick to fight!" Livilias says with cheer, but in a whisper. "I too wish all these abominations destroyed, but is our wisest course of action to take them on at this moment? Perhaps we reserve our resources for when creativity cannot win the day?"
"If we could but get them to chase or investigate something in the opposite direction for a few moments, then surely we ourselves could scoot on in without alarming them or anyone who may know what happens to them?" the Satyr suggests. "I could create some Dancing Lights over in that direction to give them something to see and run after, could use some Thaumaturgy to create perhaps the sounds of footsteps or voices in that direction as well..."
(Is there bushes, foliage, or some obscuring feature within 120 feet where Livilias could cast the lights to turn the undead's attention away from the party? I'm kind of assuming there is something....)
"Perhaps one or more of you would have ways to further the deception even?"
Kanlos looks to the others, "I do not. But can we draw them far enough away long enough for us to get through? And would those work on these simple undead?"
"This is a good idea to try. I can create a fog cloud that would obscure an area, perhaps a place for your dancing lights and illusory sounds to retreat to, which might draw them to, while we sneak in."
"Yes, I have many such things I can do," the bard replies to Livilias. "I can create a silent illusion which may draw them off. We can try that first. It has the advantage of being, well, silent. And less noticeable to other than our intended targets than dancing lights."

The undead are about 250 feet ahead of you. They are just getting passed by the zombies you are following.
The pass, from the tiny owl's perspective, is a good 200 feet in length, and leads to a large lake in the center of the island.
Near the two guarding undead is an old wreck that has washed fully up onto the beach. It is rotting and old, but can give cover if needed. It is about 90 feet from the undead guardians. b
Kanlos shrugs, "I suppose its possible, if we can distract them long enough to get in. Let's see if that plan works, if not, we can always destroy them. Either way, we have to act quickly, once the patrol is past."

Just waiting on Windlass and Livilias to say what they are doing. If following, please give stealth rolls.

How do you approach?
Kanlos pulls out his spyglass again to try and get a count of the undead in the passage and look for any possible way around.

Can we see a way over the wall of stone to either side of the cleft, away from the undead? And is it climbable?

Io nods, "Agreed. A surprise attack to take them out quickly and move on might be the best option."

ooc: What's the range to the undead in the pass?
Tandor the White, Human Life Cleric
(And how long is the pass?)
The undead are about 250 feet ahead of you. They are just getting passed by the zombies you are following.

Io asks the party, "Perhaps we can move past under the cover of the wreckage?"
